It’s really sad to give Betty Rae’s 3-stars, but feel like I have to based on a sad downward trend. If you asked me a few years ago where to get the best ice cream I would have said Betty Rae’s without hesitation. My wife and I had the Betty Rae’s truck cater our wedding! However, over the years I’ve noticed the quality gets a little worse every time. This was exemplified with a visit last night where I got two scoops of the rotating flavors. Both were icy to the point where you could hear the ice while chewing. It's not been open several times during the lunch hour even though the opening time is listed as noon; once the door was unlocked but the chairs all up on tables and the worker nowhere to be found!
