Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Prairie Village

Every time I order from the noodle co on stateline rd., I'm disappointed. My food is never correct. This is the third and last time I will ever come here. I order pick up so I dont know it's wrong till I get home and eat it. I ordered the chicken bacon fettuccini and there was no bacon and though they put the extra broccoli I ordered, it wasn't cooked. Just raw broccoli straight out the fridge. Second time I ordered lemon garlic shrimp and it may wasn't sauced just greasy. Like someone put so much oil that the flavor didn't stick. This time I got the goddess salad thinking they cant mess up a salad, they got me good. I asked for extra cucumbers, there was exactly 2. Barely any chicken, and though they gave me 2 little containers of dressing they were only half full. I literally poured one in the other and it still didn't fill it. The people here do not care about the service they provide. You can smile and say please and thank you all day long but if my food isn't right then you suck at your job. Period! As someone who has eaten noodles and company for 2 decades and even worked there for a short stint of time, this place is great! Definitely a 5 stars noodle and company. Restaurant was clean and my pickup order was ready when I arrived. We had kind of a tricky order (extra meat, sides, substitutes etc) so I double checked it when I got to the car to make sure it was right (just don’t have time to go back to restaurants anymore). Everything was correct, labeled and looked great. I was also greeted and someone handed me my order when I walked in. Very quick but great interaction. They do not deserve 4 stars. The actual food was very tasty! I got penne Rosa which is easy to make too bland, but it was spicy and flavorful. Chicken was cooked well. My husband got steak stroganoff which he also liked. I tried to go there for lunch today, a young lady was helping me, 1st I was told they can't take my order right now. I asked the lady "How long will it take?" A coworker behind the counter said as long as it takes. I ask "what does that mean? I'm on my lunch break, like half an hour, 10 min.? " I thought the gentleman was quite rude. Then when I ask for his name He said he doesn't have a name Then I was told by the ladyI I can go somewhere else. I asked if there was a manager and the gentleman told me he was the manager. My coworker and I ended up going somewhere else. I was very disappointed, I have never been treated like this at any business. If that gentleman was the manager he should not be a manager.
