Panda Express — Restaurant in Prairie Village

Family member of an employee here! My family member is 17, and asked to take off an HOUR EARLY, due to her brother (my husband) being in the hospital and hopefully her being able to watch her niece (our daughter) since I had to work for a shift and sadly don’t have any PTO. We’ll call my sister in law K. K texted and asked the manager, Destiny, to be able to leave around 8 pm instead of 930 pm, because my shift starts at 830 pm. Again, I don’t have PTO, due to my husband having been in the hospital. K sent me a screenshot of Destiny saying: “I understand that you have good intentions of watching your niece, but I cannot allow you to leave early from work, as it would not be fair to yourself or to your team. Having integrity is to be true to your word, and you made a commitment to us when you joined our team. Not completing your scheduled shift shows a lack of integrity, and allows opportunities for other to do the same. Do you understand?” This woman, Destiny, just gas lit and manipulated a child who doesn’t know any better to stand up for herself. I don’t know who hired this woman, but she needs to be reevaluated, because my sister in law is having a family emergency and this woman just gaslit her to make her think she is in the wrong for a valid excuse to leave an hour early. This problem has been posted to social media, but don’t try to call. Destiny has disabled the restaurant phone....

They have the best noodles! You can add extra vegetables, get shrimp, chicken, etc. Very tasty! I had shrimp meal and shrimp was very good. It was cooked just right, not overdone like some restaurants do, turning their shrimp into a shoe leather texture that's dry tough and nasty. Their shrimp was cooked perfectly and seasoned nicely. The service was very good, employees were pleasant and not in a fake way. Their kitchen is wide open so you can see everything, I like that. It was clean and organized. The food was great, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was layed back. I hadn't been there in quite awhile, but I plan on returning soon. I gotta get their noodles again! We were going to go through the drive through, but I am so glad that we dined-in. Anyway, we enjoyed our dining experience and the food too. I would recommend this place. Its funny how you drive by a place of business and tell yourself that you should go there and then finally you go and it ends up...

Every time I come here I get cold food! The customer service is crappy. I see at least two people on their phones. The girl named Britney is always rude to me. Came here again today and got orange chicken that was hard and dry. Which has never happend before. She slammed the sweet and sour on the counter and said thank you to me even though we already thanked her and I was being asked questions by the cashier. It sucks that this place isn't as great as it was a couple years ago. I constantly see people on their phones. Have taken a video of a girl having a conversation over the phone while I was waiting outside in the drive thru for her to take my order. Never coming here again. I've given this place so many chances. Never a...
