I have never been more upset and disappointed with a place that relies on service in my life. My family and I arrived 12 minutes before closing to get some of the delicious ice cream, there were 2 families ahead of us the 1st was ordering. The girl taking the orders walked away I guess to make their order but came back and said y'all should know that these are our last customers and then walked away. I asked her (Kendall) from the line ma'am, do you mean the us the people waiting in like me already are last or the people waiting for their order. She rudely said it's 9 we are closed. I proceeded to try and plead our case with the young lady that we had been waiting before 9 and should be served. The family in front of us kids started crying and they walked away. I asked to speak to a manager and she said there is not one here and slammed the window in my face and when I say slammed I'm surprised it didn't break. There were plenty of witnesses and one that was in the drive thru stopped and said the girl in the window had thrown their change at them and said something about how they heard the girl slamming the window as well. I then went to the 1 window still opened and asked the girl her name and she said Kendall I said I will be calling your boss and she slammed the other window. Read moreStaff at this location tends to act unprofessional on nearly all my visits, such as using inappropriate language that's easily heard by customers or employees allowing friends to hang around ordering window (who often use colorful language or discuss personal matters that myself and I'm sure other customers, especially those with young children, care not to hear), consistency of the quality of my orders varies GREATLY from visit to visit, and they almost always try to offer unwrapped plastic spoons after handling money and touching both ends of the spoon without gloves or washing their hands(this may not be an issue to some, but it's not at all hygienic).
