Teddy's Bourbon Bar — Restaurant in Prattville

Drink selection is a 10/10 and you never get shafted or watered down drinks. You definitely will get your money's worth. Food is in that good but not great category but it achieves that while sober, so if you get hammered it's probably gonna be the best food you've ever eaten. They have a nice humidor with a good selection of cigars as far as I have seen.

The place is well lit and taken care of, as well as located in a beautiful downtown setting. Arrive early and take some time to walk around the creek. Especially at sunset, it's really relaxing.

The staff are pleasant, welcoming, and great at what they do but are incredibly busy as the bar shares staff with Fox's Pizza Den. That being said, I never had to wait for a drink on either of the nights I've gone in the past week. There's always at least one bartender behind the bar.

Wednesday was Karaoke night and it was a blast. Mostly your usual Alabama karaoke bar stuff but they didn't scoff at me for singing some Weezer and Offspring. Friday night they had live music which was enjoyable.

It's not a very "go there alone" type of place though. Most people there have their own groups and I ended up by myself a majority of the time, although the interactions I did have were pleasant in nature. I guess I'd say it's more of a couples or groups style place, which is not a knock, it just is what it is.

All in all, definitely the bar to go to in downtown Prattville in my opinion. Adrienne's feels more catered toward a younger audience and while I enjoy the Craft House, they only sell beer and I like to mix things up during...

My mom and I stopped here for a few drinks. She had a couple of cocktails and I got a whiskey flight to try. The cocktails that I tried were very good and they have an excellent whiskey selection. I'm a big bourbon fan and my mom is not so much. Our bartender was very sweet. My mom likes to ask for bartender's suggestions for cocktails or if they have a custom drink that's their favorite that they could make for her. The bartender was spot on with all of her suggestions and the drinks were perfect for my mom. The atmosphere is great as well! I love the vibe. The pizza from the connecting restaurant smells delicious, but I haven't had a chance...

Great food, drinks, and location...so why 2 stars? HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! My 7 friends wanted to have a late lunch at 2:30, the place was nearly empty. 6 out of 7 arrived and were initially seated, but when the staff realized that we were 1 person short they made us stand back up and wait until the whole party arrived. They said it was a policy due to the short staff; however, we were ready to order and already getting drinks. I asked to talk to the manager, but he was extremely rude and unyielding.
