I would have given it no stars but... The location on Main Avenue in Prattville, AL needs some serious training and a completely new staff. On my LAST visit I went through the drive through since there was only 1 car in line in front of me. So it should be fast. I waited over 10 minutes for the car in front to get its order so I could move up to the window to pick up my order. The order was not even ready yet so another 2 or 3 minutes for mine to get to me. My order was a single combo with no cheese, mustard and ketchup only. I got the order and decided I should probably check it before I left the parking lot. I opened the hamburger to see that it had cheese, lettuce, pickle , and mayonnaise. And no mustard or ketchup. I put the car in park in the drive through lane and went in. The ticket was correct as to what I ordered. There was only one other customer in the entire restaurant so they were not busy at all. He said he had been waiting 10 minutes. I explained and showed them the problem and they took it and started walking off saying they would make me another burger. I told them that I did not have another 15 minutes to wait for a simple burger and to just give me my money back. They were not even sure if they could do that. Took some discussion to decide they could. The worse part of all this was they did not at any time even say they were sorry. Read moreWendy’s is one of my favorite fast food chains, and for some times of my life, I’ve chosen Wendy’s for my lunch option every day. I typically go to a Wendy’s 1-3 times a week now. Since returning to Prattville, I’ve only had problems when ordering from this specific restaurant. On this experience, I submitted a mobile order of my favorite meal, and it was incorrect, and the quality of the food was horrific. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, 4 for $4 double stack, with a 4pc spicy nugget, ranch to dip, upgraded large fry, and an upgraded medium Dave’s strawberry lemonade. Instead of spicy nuggets, I got regular. Instead of ranch, I got honey mustard. Instead of a medium drink, I got a small. I didn’t even get a straw or napkins with my order. All of this is not uncommon for this Wendy’s, as this has now happened multiple times. On top of the order being incorrect, I was appalled at the quality. A few reasons I typically choose Wendy’s: the fries, the fresh ingredient sandwiches, and the Dave’s strawberry lemonade (paying for an upgrade of this, and not getting it was extremely disappointing). My fries were wilted, lukewarm, soggy, and seemed old. You could tell they weren’t made fresh. Very sad. Read moreAfter leaving the Millbrook Wendy's where I ran out of patience with waiting to place a drive thru order I ended up here. When the person asked for my order they were really rude and obnoxious and I had not even said anything yet. I placed the order and drove around to the second window to pay. My experience at this location is that the person who was staffing the drive thru treated me like I was bothering them to order a breakfast sandwich. Further the person was not attentive as I clearly stated I wanted the breakfast sandwich with the home fries. After placing the order, she said what kind of sandwich you want? I had to spell out again the crossiant breakfast sandwich with fries. The point I want to stress is this or any other business will not survive with people who have poor work ethics and no customer relation skills. To be honest, it does not take a lot to do your basic tasks in a simple and dignified way. Customers should not have to bear bad attitudes and poor services where you are spending money which pays wages. Bad experiences at two Wendy's locations within 8 miles of each other.
