Absolutely the worst. We're from New England so we know how dunks is supposed to be, this ain't it. Worked in the food industry 16 plus years in all kinds of positions and I didn't want to be that person but you all seriously need to know what is going on in this place to warrant such a bad review from someone who normally keeps quiet. They should do themselves a favor and shut the place down. We left a half hour early for an appointment and it took 25 minutes in the drive thru to do our order which was simple. Of the maybe 8x I've been there they've only ever gotten my order right once and my husband has the same experience. I enunciated my order clear and slowly yet they messed it up. If they get it wrong they hand you larges to shoo you away. DO NOT use the drive thu if you have to be somewhere because you can't get out until you've ordered because its too narrow to pull out and just leave and by that point we were 20 minutes in waiting. Their customer service is horrendous. The girl rolled her eyes at me, rather than apologize, shoved wrong drinks at us and treated us like it was our fault. She (she wore a black and daisy mask) moved slower at this point which gave me time to also notice the place was FILTHY (hey health department wanna pay a surprise visit?). I didn't even have the time nor the patience to explain to her why her "compensation" huge large coolatta was ridiculous amount for a 8 y.o. when I ordered a small. I ended up tossing most of it anyways.. luckily he didn't cry! Just give me what I ordered and don't waste my time. Several times they have tried to give my husband a whipped drink when he said NO whip due to allergies...You're ggoing to kill someone. Just like to point out, I got a meal at IHOP across the street 2 days later with the police meet n greet in less time. Poor service, poor management....
Read moreThey never get our order correct. I can't tell you how hard I stress VERY LIGHT ICE, VIRTUALLY NO ICE PLEASE because I'm super sensitive to cold and I've gotten more ice than drink. This is 100% the case every single time I've used the drive through during the week in the morning. I even asked the manager at the window if I asked for very little ice. She said yes, then hands me my drinks with mostly ice!!! My husband a few days ago had ice literally from the bottom of the cup all the way to the top. He took maybe 4 sips and it was gone. We are paying $5 for a large drink to not even get enough liquid to fill a small cup On top of that, if they even do manage to put light ice which is rare, I always ask for and pay for an extra shot of espresso to bridge the gap to make up for the missing ice so that I get a full cup. Well whether I get that shot or not, my cup is literally never full, ever. It's usually only 3/4 of the way full. There is only one person who has consistently made our drinks correctly, I wish I knew his name as he is fantastic, but the manager scolded him for filling up the cups all the way on our last visit. Every other location I have gone to always fills it up to the top, they use extra milk if they need to and have no problem, so why is this location so stingy compared to the rest? I wish there were another location in PV, I would rather drive all the way to the Prescott location than give this location my money. Customer satisfaction is apparently not in...
Read moreNot once besides opening day have they gave me the correct coffee when I order, I always order a mocha coconut coffee with espresso and I rarely ever get mocha or espresso, rarely do they ever get the size right, and then sometimes the coffee taste like soap, it’s unbearable to drink but I spent $6 on it so I’m forcing myself to choke it down, on opening day I got my coffee and it was amazing which made me a repeat customer, but I’m seconds away from never going here again, the workers give hard attitude as if it’s a burden that we show up and order coffees, they get mad when I tell them they gave me the wrong coffee and even argue with me and say that they didn’t I “must of ordered wrong” you guys are heading down the same exact path Native Grill and Wings went down in PV and it will lead to you’re closure unless you get someone who knows what they’re doing in there, fire literally 99% of your current crew because they’re lazy and do not give a dam* about the Dunkin name, you need a fast restart or I see it gone as quick as Native was gone, I’ve never been so disappointed in a coffee place, and trust me, I LOVE DUNKINS, if Im in Phoenix i will get there coffee every time and it doesn’t taste like soap but here in pv the quality matches the down, just a big fat...
