MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Prescott Valley

My husband and I went there for lunch and were greated with a terrible attitude from the person taking our order. It was my first time going there so I didn't know how to order but i stead of the girl at the counter being polite and understanding she was rude and annoyed. The manager was also rude when it came time to give us our order. As she called my name for my order and was mis pronounced I asked her if the order was for me and she I do t know it just says El. I wanted to make we got the right order and not someone elses is the only reason I had asked if the order was for Ellie. My husband and I ended up leaving because of the terrible service and the managers demeanor towards us. I give places multiple chances but this place will never get another chance from me. I dont tolerate rudeness. I work in customer service also and understand some customers can also be rude but we were not rude at all. So a little kindness and compassion towards new customers wouldn't hurt them at all. Instead of making me feel like an idiot for not knowing how to order she could of been nicer and more understanding. Will never go back. Pizza were wrong and under cooked also ice cold upon arrival! Pizza was gathered by door Dasher and it took 55 mins to arrive. I called Mod and spoke to two kids!! One being the manager. I was told in the most immature and ride way ,We don't do refunds or redelivery. Never once apologized or asked how he could correct this problem!! 2 pizzas small thick crust pizzas, one cheese and one pepperoni two snack cakes for the kids dessert not a hard order $62 w a $5 tip!! Just wow!!! In this economy it must be nice to anger and turn your loyal weekly customers away with no resolve and laughter!!! $62 buys 2 large pizzas from any other place in n town!! Also guilt by association and to Door Dasher travel around with orders for hr with no warmer bags even. Also maybe retraining your so called managers with better customer service and a better policy on reorder or refunds. Mods employees arent in a fast times movie when inter acting...

Pretty good pizza. I got a create your own pizza with veggies, and my boyfriend got a pizza with chicken sausage and some other toppings. We ordered online, picked up our pizzas and ate them at home. I really liked mine except for one kind of important issue: my vegetarian pizza had meat on it. There were 4 small pieces of chicken sausage on it that I couldn't see because they were mixed in with the cheese. I unfortunately found each piece by tasting it. I'm a vegetarian, so this was a pretty big turn off. I assume this happened because the person who made our pizzas didn't change their gloves after making my boyfriend's pizza, and instead made my pizza with meat still on her/ his gloves. I would give this place 5 stars if it weren't for this, and I hope that someone in management sees this review and is able to prevent this from happening in the future.
