Just moved into Prescott. Denny's used to be my "go to" place for any dining and after-hour eats, hey why not decided to order food from this place and that's when the hurricane hit. Ordered 4 different dishes for the group. The sides that I ordered? Didn't appear, rather the kitchen replaced them with only a dish of half sliced Garlic Bread on top of this Sirloin (photo 3)... total of missing three different sides that I paid for. (Photo 1 & 2) Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger, it's there, how about the extra avocado, layer of beef and another extra slices of swiss cheese + a side with it? Can anyone see from the photo, because I can't. So, despite the order coming to me an extra 20 minutes late (nearly cold), I called the place to speak to whomever packed my food or a store manager. The man who was working on May 25th @ 20:00PM hung up the phone on me three times before I made my fourth call, which a woman picked up with even more brutal attitude ever. Her first and last quotes were literally word-by-word "seriously call up the driver's company because all we know, we didn't mess up and more likely the delivery possibly tampered with your meal" So, just the heads up to anyone who's planning on going here for their near future meal AND of course to those working here, you do realize that tampering with a meal [ex: Domino's Pizza case decades ago] is a felony, correct?? Also, the fact that when I have proof and other eye witnesses who compared receipt to what has been delivered, you do realize taking money and not giving full service is also a felony, correct?? Just as I mentioned in your online rating, if I or anyone were to find another disorientated "thing" about these food delivered, the next step will be small court claims + health department + Prescott PD + Prescott publisher. Read moreWe went there today for lunch. We expected to wait since it's Fathers Day and Sunday. But we walked in and while waiting another patron came and up warned us to leave. She wasn't happy with the service or the wait considering her bill which was almost $200.
We decided to stay, we were already there & it's our sons favorite place to eat.
We did end up waiting a considerable amount of time for our food. Over 30 mins and it was impossible to get our waitress to attend to our table. No refills, couldn't get the condiments we wanted etc my husband ordered lemonade and it was pretty much water and they replaced it with a soda (But this after food was dropped off and we had to call her back she left so quickly). They were out of onion rings, mac and cheese, both things we tried to order.
My husband's and my sons food came out it was warm, not hot. And then another 15 minutes went by and my food had not come out. Then, after my family was done eating I still hadn't recieved my food.
At that point I was done waiting so I got the manager and she removed it from our bill. Since I never got it. All in all it wasn't a great experience. And for a child's meal and one adult meal, it was still $40.
I'm not expecting amazing from Dennys but the service and food quality doesn't at all match the prices they are charging. Almost $18 for breakfast for one and it's the same food, service, quality and quantity from 10 years ago.
We probably won't be back, even though the manager fixed it. The price/quality of food and service simply no longer align. If I'm going to spend $60 on breakfast it certainly won't be...
Read moreThis is the first time ever I've had any problems with Denny's I went ahead to see what the requirements were for Mass etc was greeted by the manager explained there was nine of us she said it was too large of a group I said well we can split it up into two or more smaller groups she said no it was just too large of a group she said it's corporates decision not mine I said are you refusing to serve us? She was unwilling to work anything out. Approximately 5:00 p.m. hardly anybody in the restaurant and she was unwilling to feed us she told me yes I'm refusing to serve you my fiance and other lady went in spoke with the manager I knew I wouldn't get anywhere with her for his cooperation they managed to get her to a loss to be fed and the service was horrible never had such bad service anywhere the waiter didn't get the orders right he confused which order went with what table he never put in my fiance's order tell everybody else was done eating the orders were incorrect and asked three different times for napkins one in the party ordered a milkshake to go that never came just a...
