Chris did amazing this evening when I went in. I truly felt bad for him based on how the young boy with blonde hair was acting and treating Chris, in front of guests. I only caught Chris name because the blonde haired boy, was calling him for every little detail, it was like he knew if he called Chris acting like he didn't know what to do, Chris would end up doing it by himself trying to coach the blonde boy, the blonde boy was also extremely rude to him, didn't wanna work, and by work do the bare minimum, making faces behind Chris back every single time Chris tried to help. I truly felt bad for Chris and how his teammate was treating him. Three times the blond male kid asked where an order went Chris let him know the truck was parked and the kid would litterly walk outside not approaching any vehicle saying the order didn't go to anyone. Mind y'all, Chris was doing drive through alone, front counter alone bagging everything. Finally Chris went outside and the white truck parked right in front of the entrance doors the whole time got their order, which was bagged wronged by the blonde kid, the only order the kid bagged and Chris trusted him not double checking. He was condescending towards Chris but couldn't do a task simple enough to read the order number continuously calling for Chris making snide comments with rude inflections in his tone all while Chris was litterly doing everything on his own until another co-worker clocked in. I'm not one to complain and I know that burger king doesn't pay the best, so I'm not expecting 5 star service. I just genuinely felt terribly bad for how that young male blonde was acting towards a co-worker asking for help, then being condescending towards Chris who was gladly helping. The young boy definitely needs more training and at least bare minimum how to be kind to his co-workers and maybe just a little bit of...
Read moreI want to start this review of saying that the food was good. It came out "fresh," meaning not reheated or sitting on a warmer. However the service was awful. More specifically from Theo. He had his shirt unbuttoned and his hand inside of his shirt, while taking orders, then turning around to handle food items. Absolutely disgusting. (Thanfully he wasn't cooking.) I am a young person, but still understand the value of customer service. We weren't greeted when we walked up to the counter, and this Theo never made eye contact at all. He was extremely rude, and was very obviously bothered anytime we asked for his assistance. When he called numbers it was loud and clearly annoyed. He just couldn't be bothered. Upon getting our drink from the fountain we found there were no straws (only 3 or 4 bent ones,) no ketchup cups, and multuple napkin despenser's were empty. There were only my husband, myself, and a family of 4 dining in there so they weren't busy. The lack of supplies available cause my husband to ask for things, and each time Theo became more and more agitated. I'm only giving this location 3 stores because the food was suitable. The customer service and...
Read moreManager was extremely rude. Was yelling at the clearly new front counter employee...a simple request of having a sandwich cut in half for my husband who only has 1 arm was too much of an inconvience. Clearly he hates peoole with disabilities !!! He sent a clearly special needs employee out to clean the parking lot...was cussing in the kitchen because the employee was " taking too long" the employee was witnessed by myself and my husband picking cigerette butts out of the ashtray with his bare hands!!! Further more he had a sign up stating they had no one dollar bills. When we offered to give the 5 in exchange for a $5 bill he literally THREW his keys at the poor lady trying her best to handle the counter and drive through...poor lady just put her head down clearly emarrased and shamed!! This was the absolute worste experience we have ever had! Not all people can be management. And he clearly IS NOT cut out for the job. I would also like to point out there was only my disabled husband and I in the dinning room and 2 cars in drive through. ....i will NEVER EVER go back...and I hope the lady trying so hard walks out....there are too many jobs available to deal...
