I come here often enough to know that their food is good. Tonight for some reason it was bad. I order my usual, a quesa birria quesadilla, which I know because i always order it, comes with birria meat, consome, jalapeños, and onions inside. I specifically ask for no onions like i always do, the person taking my order through the drive thru confirms. I also ask to make sure it has jalapeños as last time i ordered it, it didn’t come with any (no biggie, they forgot). They confirm the jalapeños. I go up to the window, pay, (I was somehow charged a 2 extra dollars for the jalapeño which comes on the quesadilla but whatever i shrugged it off) and expect to wait about 5-10 minutes for my quesadilla as that’s usually how much time it takes as it usually comes out fresh and good. my order takes about 3 minutes. confused but happy i take the order home, and find the consome spilled all inside my bag, i check the lid and its not even on all the way. Annoyed but hungry I open my quesadilla and find it filled with onions, barely any meat and barely any jalapeños which i paid extra for. The quesadilla which i believe is grilled or fried in the consome was not. As well as the salsa i got on the side was barely filled all the way. i had a lazy quesadilla, no consome, not a lot of meat, and a buttload of onions. not happy as usually my orders are top notch and...

I have never been more disappointed in a place then I was here. I came in with my fiancee and not only did they charge us more then the bored listed the prices as but they were so rude to us. We pulled up to pay for our order that at MOST should've been about $23 but they told us we owed over $40. When we asked them to read us back k the order they read it wrong. We corrected what we wanted and the man went "no, that's not what you said, we already made what I put in so you have to pay for it". WHAT BAD SERVICE!! not only that, but when we asked him to place change our oder, he immediately cut us off saying there's no button to take off anything or change anything. He rolled his eyes multiple times and when we were in the drive threw for about 30 minutes he finally gave us what we asked for and then forgot our drink, we reminded him that we bought a drink and he said we were only aloud one type of drink. NEVER GETTING OUR SERVICE AGAIN! HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND THE QUALITY OF FOOD THEY ARE GIVING OUT ! I asked for a cup of sour cream and they gave us stright sour cream...

After that experience above over a year ago. I went there 6/22/25. The order taker was soooo rude. Was a older Hispanic man. Intried ordering California Fries not spicy. I Order this item 2 ton4 at a time at least 3 times a month for the last year. He said it has to be spicy and Pico cost more. I told him price is fine and I always order it. During the entire process he kept cutting me off not letting me speak telling me I was wrong and that he never seen me before. 25% of the tiwn knows me as the GM of a fast food franchise here and know customer service is important to me. And this guy get a "0" on customer service from me. I had a receipt from my last visit 5 day prior and all he could do is slam the sliding window in my face. If this is the service to expect these days because of all the political bs thats happening then I will not be returning to this location or their new location that will be...
