Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Prescott

Literally disgusting. One pizza had mushrooms underneath the cheese even though we never asked for them. Majority of the toppings were under which is so weird. I ordered a heart pizza and it was a once inch layer of cheese with NONE of our toppings. It was at least 3 toppings, in food restaurants you read tickets. The crust was burnt and after 5 minutes it got cold, the cheese is bouncy and disgusting, every other pizza I’ve had stays warm for at least 10 mins. Should’ve read the reviews beforehand especially since we wasted so much money. Going to contact them for a refund, in food corps if someone was allergic to mushrooms that was under the cheese, they’d be sued, are they asking for that honestly? I even found an onion under the different one we got and onions make me sick, and I was very sick after this🤦‍♀️ Hopefully I can get my refund especially due to the fact I got sick from something I never asked for on my pizza. There was some sandwiched in the cheese but I didn’t notice until it got cold and I started picking at the flaws. I’m guessing If a ton of different toppings we DIDNT ask for even in certain ones ended up on them anyway, it’s most Likey very gross in there. I had never eaten at a Papa Johns. I was surprised at the quality and taste of their pizzas.

8/20/2019 I was a visitor in Prescott. I had gone to this location last year when I visited (Google told me!). I loved the pizza I got then. This time I had coupon, but forgot it in my hotel room. I told the girl at the counter (Hannah), but she was not sympathetic. I then tried to get a coupon on my phone. I created an account (I thought) but kept having trouble ordering from the account. I was in the lobby of Papa John's and worked for about 20 minutes. I finally gave up and asked Hanna if she could give me any "specials". She was not at all receptive. First let me start by saying I order papa johns once a week, so id say I am a regular customer. With that said I will NEVER ever do business with them again.

I received multiple phone calls during the delivery window with a Colorado # (our family does not answer random calls out of area phone calls). Also nowhere does it mention a call would be made to our family outside of our area on papa johns site)

When my wife answered, an older lady became confrontational, and degraded my wife. Saying that her GPS was incoherent and does my wife even know what incoherent meant. She continued to tell my wife that she NEEDED to answer her phone, especially if its an out of town number.

I was livid enough to make a call to the restaurant, in which case I was given the run around; and was told they would simply talk to her.
