Boc-Hord Brewery and Bakehouse — Restaurant in Princeton

We stumbled across this newly opened brewery while passing through and staying overnight locally. They've only been open 1 week and so they are still brewing their own beer, but have many others to choose from. Their food menu looked good and had a variety of snacks, appetizers, and sandwiches to satisfy anyone. We simply settled for a Kolsch style and pale ale with a large basket of chips and salsa in their outdoor seating area since we had our pup with us. Indoors was large and roomy with different seating options. Staff and owner were very friendly, gave us a little background, and checked on us frequently. They brought water for our pup and offered us more salsa when we were getting low but still had a few chips left. I wish them luck because it is an awesome place. What a great space! Jw has really put this local spot on the map. His space fosters a great conversation. Me and my friend were visiting the Princeton area after a snowboarding trip when we stumbled upon this gem. We came in the winter but I just know the outdoor space is going to be such a highlight in the fall and spring!

The crab dip and the spinach and artichoke dip both were delicious and paired great with a lighter beer.

The beers were amazing we got the please of trying all of the beers that were currently on tap and JW hit the nail on the head with the robust flavors that he had to offer

Absolutely no complaints over this establishment the owner has really poured his heart into his craft and the space. I would definitely come back here the next time...

Unexpected location, unique menu, tasty beers, with a touch of local charm. We stopped by, never having even been to this town before, and happened upon this place. It was exactly what we would have gravitated to had we known about it before hand. We had the Jammin' Bleu Brat, Pub Brat, and the Panzennela. All were bursting with flavor and showcased the creator's talent. The beer selection is what you would expect from from a micro brewery.
