We happened upon this place walking back from Pride events and are very happy we did! The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and accomodating. We had a dog and a child in a wheelchair, and they w/o prompting made sure both were well taken care of during our stay. The menu is extensive; like a high-end diner (think less greasy, more fresh). We got the gobbler sandwich; recc for anyone who loves Thanksgiving year round. And the blueberry goat cheese w/ honey and basil toast, and chix fingers and fries for the kid (and dog). Everything was delicious and the quality of the ingredients were high. The bread for the sandwich and toast tasted like it was freshly made that day, and the sweet potato fries were extra yummy. The portions are big so we had leftovers for another meal, which made this place very affordable. They also have delicious looking pastries/treats inside but sadly we had no room for them. We're looking forward to going back, esp to try their breakfast items (lots of eggs, pancakes options). Place also has nice outside seating. And they clearly do a good takeout business based on all the people who came in and out. The staff seemed to know most of the customers (and their dogs!). This is a neighborhood gem on the edge of downtown that we're glad to have discovered. It will surely be on our...

I just walked in to order maybe some French toast or something because it was my 1st time in and I wasn’t sure. As I walked in there were 3 people standing behind the counter, as they seen me coming up they all walked off. Two people went to the back and another lady walked around the counter passed me and started ups conceits another guest who was al ready seated. I’m just standing there no one said a thing to me. In walks two Caucasian people a female and male. The lady that walked around the counter and passed me stop talking to the other guest to greet them. I’m still standing there. She took their order and then looked at me and said “oh have you been helped?” I said no you all walked off when I came up . She gave me a tight smile and said sorry. I’m just wondering why I was greeted like everyone else and I’m believing it’s because I’m black. Not one person in this store looked like me. I definitely didn’t...

While the food and quality are good, the actual customer service needs work. Their couriers seem to be entitled men who drive around their Mercedes Benz and think they can illegally park in a handicapped spot, and disrespect the front desk attendants when politely asked to move the car. We have a designated drop spot directly in front of the building. She kindly asked the courier/co-owner of the restaurant to move from the handicapped parking spot and he replied "What are you gonna do, arrest me?" Of course a man of his size and stature would intimidate a woman of a smaller size and stature than him, with that type of behavior. I get that you guys are New York based, and it get a little rough out there...but this is Princeton, we are kind and respectful and not...

Truly a hidden gem just off of Princeton's Palmer Square. The staff were lovely and were helpful with every question we had. You know the food was prepared fresh as the time it took from order to counter was about the same as a sit-down restaurant. We happened to stumble across this place and I am so thrilled we did. I have been telling everyone about it. The size of each sandwich was enough for two meals and the leftovers were just as delicious as it was fresh. For my leftovers I chose to make an open face sandwich topped with fresh garden tomatoes. Also, each sandwich was made on some of the best Italian bread I have had in a while. 10/10 I would definitely come here again!!! Thank you, for such a fabulous birthday lunch!

I'll sum up my experience here with two statements. First off is my 7 year old granddaughter: "I love the sprinkle doughnut and the are so nice here!". And, from my almost 80-year old father who has visited more countries than most Americans have visited states: "This is the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had in my life!" When you can please two folks this completely at two very different stages of life you have to be doing something right. My own personal take? Try the fresh butter croissant sandwich and take your time to enjoy it with a hot cup of coffee. Definitely worth the minor effort to leave Nassau a very short distance.
