Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Princeton

I went to the dominos on State Road in Princeton just last night to pick up a pizza. I walk in to find a Latino man and woman speaking Spanish. An Asian man walks over to attend me. I make a comment about the Spanish ( I am a language learner and really love culture and culture sharing) and the man told me he was trying to learn Spanish but was having a hard time. This turned into a conversation that I really enjoyed. As a talkaholic I confess that I did most of the talking, but the man was attentive, polite and responsive to my needs while listening to me jabbering. He received a phone call during our conversation. He not only was able to help the caller but me as well through it all. I wasn't there but a few minutes but I felt like the atmosphere was warm, inviting and friendly. Also, the Latino gentleman was kind and friendly and helped me with inquiries. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. We ordered food at 12am and this dominos closes at 1am. They did not contact us at all and did NOT deliver our food. When I called, they said that they were closed (which is fine). But I called an hour ago. If they didn’t deliver to the hotel we were staying at, they should have contacted us. By the way, we are 4 miles away and a 10 minute drive. I sat in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes like an idiot and had another pizza delivery guy pull up and handed me a menu (they were open until 3). This is NOT the first time dominos has done us wrong. I plan on NEVER ordering from the dominos in Princeton again. Thanks dominos for having TERRIBLE...

Delivered someone else’s pizza to me then asked for it back instead of remaking it (hello health code violation? We’re in a pandemic!) and forgot my soda. Delivery guy said he would go get it and bring it back. He did not. Called to complain and they gave me a credit on my account but neglected to tell me the credit would only work at that location and would expire in a month. I was only in town for a visit. They now refuse to reimburse me or even give me a coupon that I could use at another location. THEY HAVE STOLEN FROM ME.
