Illy Coffee At Earth's End has quickly become a go-to spot for me in Princeton. Nestled on Spring Street, this European-inspired café strikes just the right mix of charm and practicality, making it a place worth revisiting.
The team here is outstanding—welcoming, highly skilled, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their expertise shows in every cup they prepare and in how they engage with customers, creating an atmosphere that feels warm and inviting every time.
What sets this café apart is its adaptability. Whether I’m catching up with colleagues, meeting friends, or carving out some quiet time to work, Illy offers spaces that work for every occasion. From the intimate Morning Coffee Room to the bright indoor seating and serene outdoor patio, the layout is designed with versatility in mind.
And the coffee? Exceptional. The signature illy blend delivers every time—full-bodied, smooth, and perfectly balanced, whether it’s a classic espresso or one of their seasonal specialties. You can tell they care about quality, and it shows in every sip.

Read moreCool coffee shop, but service was lacking. I walked in and said hi, and Barista just plain ignored me with a face that she hated her job and didn't want to be there. No it was not busy at all.
I ordered three drinks for $20, and whole time barista seem annoyed I was ordering the July special. Rolled her eyes when I asked for no ice in my lemonade. Yes I don't want my stuff water down when I have it later. Don't list it or post on your Instagram if you don't want anyone to order. I was with my girl and didn't want to make a scene so I let it go as the girl having a bad day.
Then the Barista girl just slam the drinks down on the counter after making them with no thank you or anything of which drink is which. Also, don't get any of their fruit flavor lemonade. They use strawberry Hershey syrup, which is just hilarious 😂. Nothing like what they advertise on Instagram and yes I asked for no ice. No blue anything. What a joke. Cappuccino was average but not worth the price they charged.
The Barista girl named Ally working at 11am really needs an attitude check, and if you hate your job, ...

But it's nice to have someplace else whether just in the area or to meet people. I stumbled into this establishment after a meeting on-campus and was so glad I did. Pleasant surroundings and staff and, most important, a darned good espresso. I recommend anyone in the area make the...
