I gave it a one star because the staff is rude. Like you are bothering them. They gave me a coupon and on my next visit told me I could not use it because I was already a member of the app. Then there was a birthday drink order. We don't do birthday drinks anymore. My sister and I placed two drinks on one order. Got told we could not use our points at the same time. I said please split the order than. That seem to be a problem. Mostly good experiences here. Love the smoothies but gosh they are expensive. Staff are friendly. Last time though I got the Grandma latte and it's supposed to be hazelnut flavor and definitely didn't have a drop of hazelnut syrup in it. So maybe taste your drink before driving away...
