Taco Bell — Restaurant in Princeton

I had gotten food from this taco bell, my fries were hard and dry and my cheesy Fiesta potatoes tasted Styrofoam!! We called to get it replaced. My boyfriend the one who called and when he spoke to the person he barely got out the cheesy Fiesta potatoes, then she cut him off offered to replace them, when I tried to add in that my fries were so bad I had to throw them away, she stated that she knows that they have been fresh all day. I mean does taco bell let thier employees treat people like we are all just liars? I had to literally argue with this women to get her name. She told me her name was Katy but idk if it's correct. I had to fight with her to get her name as the manager and also the general managers name. Katy tried her hardest to not give me any information she kept saying that she couldn't give me that information to call back and ask in the morning!!!! Idk why taco bell would allow this to continue? I've never dealt with such behavior from a supposed manager. She most certainly doesn't act like a manager. I would be ashamed!!!! I will never eat at this taco bell agian. And I will tell everyone I know my experience. This was awful I wasted my money, and have to go to...

The drive-through worker was an absolute disgrace to the company. I pulled up and was greeted as usual but got no response. Apparently I’m expected to ask “how are you” to this worker but because I didn’t do that, she remained silent for a minute -2 minutes. When I made a comment about the silence and said I wanted to pick up my online order I was told “well that’s all you had to say” with malice. I expect to be respected when I order anywhere. It’s not my job to ask how you are.

This worker used to be one of my favorites. She was always nice to us and kept good conversation but in the last few months, she has been extremely rude and unfriendly towards us and has acted like we owe her something. She always has a smart remark to make and she has crossed the line today. I am making a call to corporate if I do not hear...

Our visit to Taco Bell this afternoon was great. Ordered food in very reasonable time...very good menu selections and drinks from self service machine. Our food order was ready in a very reasonable time considering we noticed there were six cars in the drive through lane when we entered the parking lot. Our meals were excellent with plenty to eat for my wife and myself. The restaurant was very clean including clean tables. The taco accessories and napkins were well stocked. Talked with two of their register persons and they were very friendly and nice. We eat at this restaurant about once every two or three months and we have never been disappointed with...
