Wendy's — Restaurant in Princeton

I ordered in the drive thru 4 chicken sandwiches 2 homestyle with no mayo and 2 grilled. When I get to the window without skipping a beat the young man says I apologize there is a 12 minute wait on the grilled chicken would you like to wait or receive homestyle I opted for homestyle then after I received my order I checked as I always do anywhere I order to make sure there was no mayo and sure enough there was so I went inside not to complain but to receive what I like to eat and I was met by the same young man. He and the young lady apologized profusely and I said I understand it gets busy it happens I too have worked fast food. My sandwiches were remade and I was a happy camper. They receive 5 stars from me because from beginning to end of this transaction I received smiles and polite conversation these 2 were very courteous and professional and after looking at my receipt the young man's name is Michael and I am unaware of the young ladies name who prepared my sandwiches but all I know is I appreciate you and the hard work you've done for me today and everyone else throughout this pandemic you both deserve to be celebrated because we all make mistakes once in awhile but what's impressive is how you fix your mistake with kindness and JOY....side note my dinner was Tasty! ;)...

Had to come and leave a review and see i did but no explanation. Simply the best customer service at fast food in Princeton WV. I thought so a year ago and looks like its still true. Receipt named someone named Hunter but older lady at near close that did not give any attitude about 15 min b4 close like u get everywhere else in town. Food unbelievably hot n fresh . Didn't forget not even 1 napkin. See kids it is possible to work fast food all day still end with a smile, good customer service and overall being a decent human being. Now Wendy's crew near Princeton hospital please please go share your knowledge with other one in town and the rest of the Princeton fast food industry that has the attitude "customers don't matter"..thank you for being a place where...

Went to the drive threw took almost an hour just to get to the speaker to order then was told to wait sat there for another 10 minutes before we got to order after placing order sat in line behind two cars for another 30 minutes finally got the kids four for fours they gave us barbecue sauce told him we needed sweet and sour didn't ask for barbecue the woman that was working the window proceeded to hand me one sweet and sour sauce and then proceeded to tell me that I had the right ones even though I only had one sweet and sour sauce and three barbecue and I never even asked for barbecue very unprofessional very rude...
