Prineville Coffee Company — Restaurant in Prineville

Yesterday I went to Prineville Coffee company for the very first time, and unfortunately my experience was abysmal. From the start they were upset about my large cofee order (four drinks), and complained extremely loudly. As someone who has previously worked in food service, I understand, this wasn't a tipping point for me. The gals were complaining that my order would cause a line and they weren't prepared for this even though there was only one other car, which is understandable, they are a small under-prepared company and can't handle an order of that size. The entire time they were making drinks they were stressed and upset, and very loud about there complaining to eachother and to me. Keep in mind there were six girls working at the time. Feeling bad I just wanted to get my coffee and leave, but when they handed me my drinks the gal dropped them all over me before I got the chance to grab the carrier. Accidents happen all the time, but this girl was extremely upset with me and treated me very poorly, and was extremely upset about making more drinks before I got the chance to say anything. She threw a paper towel at me and began to angrily start another round of drinks. After getting my drinks, unfortunately they tasted horrible, especially for being $40, and I ended up throwing them away and going to a different coffee company that was much much better. Unfortunately this company is young and unprofessional, with workers who are inexperienced and unable to handle interactions...

Normally these guys have awesome staff and coffee, I am a regular customer going probably 3-5 times a week but after the way I was treated today I will never be going back. After paying $15 for drinks they gave me my drinks with no whipped cream like we asked for but I didn't even complain about that, my cup had ice from top to bottom and I asked them to fix it because I didn't want to pay for a cup completely full of ice, keep in mind I get this drink all the time and it never has that much ice, the barista tells me its my fault for not specifying that beforehand and that I can pay for another one with less ice. Was very disappointed with what I got today. My wife and I order a strawberry and banana with almond milk smoothie. We Asked for real fruit. What we got was strawberry syrup with 2% milk blended no real strawberry and no banana. not even close to what we asked for. Tasted horrible we Ended up just throwing them away.
