Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Prior Lake

The food was actually just fine and pretty standard as with any Pizza Hut I've been to. The problem was that we called ahead for carry-out so that by the time we got there our food would be hour and ready to go. We arrived around their estimated time. Walked into the store and while at least 2 people looked directly at us, nobody greeted us. Then we kinda stood there for at least 3, maybe up to 5 minutes, assuming we were the only carry-out and they'd let us know when our food was ready. Finally a driver returned from his run and asked how we were and took our payment. He went on another run before our food came out. I wish I could get ahold of someone when your doordash service that your third party route your orders through refuses to give my children and I our pizza. I used their link to pay with a credit card and when the driver arrived he told me he needed the full amount in cash. Upon contacting doordash from his app they said he would need to return my food to the store. I had a confirmation text from my payment as well as the proof my apple card had been charged that amount. Nobody answers the phone for doordash support representative. Nobody answered the phone for me. Super irritating. I even still gave the driver his tip because how much of an inconvenience on his behalf as well. So now i’m hungry and out $5. I won’t make the mistake of ordering from this location...

App didn’t accurately show pizza status. Arrived on time but waited 10 more minutes before calling to check on pizza. Was then told they were busy, but it was ready would be right out (curbside requested). After 10+ more minutes, I went inside to get pizza. Waited inside another 10+ minutes before being told 1 of 2 pizzas in Triple Treat was a little burnt, so they were remaking it. Finally got the Triple Treat(not in a Triple Treat box) and finally home about an hour after ordering in app instead of the 19 minutes initially shown.
