China Wok — Restaurant in Union Township

Been ordering here for years and have always ordered the exact same thing. In the years since ordering, the price continues to go up, and the quantity received and quality continues to just go down. Use to order and it was under $20 for what I’d get. 3 years later, what I order is now $30 and I never get the white rice with the chicken, it’s always forgotten or maybe meals don’t come with it anymore. Order a quart of chicken, and it’s only about 75% filled at most anymore. Sweat and sour sauce is only ever halfway filled in the container and if you order an extra size, it’s a smaller container that’s only halfway filled as well. They use to pack everything fill and fill up the sauce well. I hate to change from a 5 star review from 3 years ago to 1 star, but after many orders over the past few months and things just continuing to decline and tried bringing the issue up to the employee one time before and just getting told to hold and then eventually hung up on, maybe addressing issues publicly will...

Food was good. But I travel 30 minutes to pick it up, and I told them that when I ordered so my food would be hot. When I got home I realized that my 1 of the dinners I ordered was slightly wrong, just shrimp fried rice, instead of shrimp lo mein, I called, and politely asked if next time I come in, if they could just credit the noodles, and I was told if I didn't come get them now that nothing could be done, I order from there twice a month, I had my receipt, and I took a picture of it.. but no help on the mix up. The Happy Family meal was amazing, my husband loved it! I had the General Tso, large, and it was way more than enough but so good. Our daughter had Pork Lo Mein, small, and barely was about to finish. Our son had beef and shrimp Lo Mein, small, and he had to take the rest home. We also had appetizers which were steamed dumplings, crabmeat rangoons, and egg rolls. Everything was so delicious. A little on the pricey side of life, but still so worth it!
