Roof claim from wind damage. Quick response by everyone involved. My only concern was that Erie wanted the roof patched and the roofers advised it would not last. Been patched already. Before I could make any additional suggested repairs or find someone willing to do bandaid repairs two more windstorms occurred and many more shingles came off. I ended up having the roof replaced.
