McDonald's — Restaurant in Prospect

This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever eaten at. The date is 10/15/2024 And it was during the dinner time hour, which was about 6 PM. I had a big Mac double cheeseburger and large fry. Let’s start with the big Mac. It was a cardboard bun ,a lot of lettuce, and would appear to be two pieces of very blackened paper, thin slices of a meat. I believe that these burger patties were about the same size as a white castle burger. The entire sandwich was ice cold. The double cheeseburger identical to the big Mac, two tiny blackened pieces of shoe leather, which were about the size of a white Castle burger. The bun was stale, and the sandwich was very cold. The french fries, which was a large order, were as cold as if they came out of a refrigerator. Not the , which were about the size of a white Castle burger. I’m 63 years old and I have eaten and a lot of McDonald’s in my lifetime in many different states. They really need to close this one down. It’s not serving any decent meals...

This is by far the worst mcdonald's I have ever been to... Usually two people working and they are very backed up. The owner of this establishment must really the milking there employees. This establishment continuously is understaffed. Perhaps it is a ploy to squeeze more money from the people of prospect... For the last four or so years I have not once gotten my food in a timely manner. Dairy queen is just two blocks away and is a complete polar opposite. It really is sad that the owner of this establishment does not hire more people to make things flow better. I do not blame the employees but the employer. This last incident of me standing at the counter for 8 minutes before anyone said anything to me was the last straw. If I hadn't yelled to the employees that were completely overworked, then I would not have been acknowledged at all. This confrontation then continued out into the parking lot with an employee following me with threats. I'm sure it's all on camera and it just happened thirty minutes ago.. Hopefully the owner will see this and take action. Unfortunately it will leave them with...

During lunch the girl at the first drive thru was rude and didn't want to be there, obviously. The girl at the second window didn't say a word to me. I asked for pepper for my fries. Well she threw them into the Bag. Obviously not happy I asked for a condiment. To top it all off, the fries were cold. The big Mac I ordered with no sauce, had sauce on it. Night time, the guys throw it down in the kitchen. Everything is on point beside the cold fries every once in a while.

UPDATE** DONE GOING TO THIS MCDONALDS. WORST SERVICE EVER AND YOU NEVER, I MEAN NEVER, GET THE CORRECT, COMPLETE ORDER WHEN GOING THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. THE TEENAGERS WORKING THERE ARE RESPECTFUL BUT BLATANTLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR JOB. MAYBE BECAUSE, AND I CAN SAY THIS BECAUSE I'M A RESIDENT OF THE AREA, THEY ARE SPOILED ROTTEN AND FORCED TO WORK THERE FROM THEIR PARENTS.
