This prosper location needs alot of management help. Very poor leadership. No one works together which results in chaos. The customers are the ones that end up with the wrong made coffee and waiting on pastries that weren't relayed to the person who was in charge of heating them. This review is from allowing 4 times for this to happen and thinking that the drive thru was the problem but it's the whole entire way they run this location. I am a firm believer that a business is only as strong as its leader. I live within 3 min from sweetwater I'll probably be going there until the Starbucks that we've long awaited for in the area to get it together. On Saturday not even rush hour morning. They couldn't communicate to make it right for several customers. I stood and waited on my 3 drinks and pastries for 30 min. There were several drinks being put to the side I would imagine for customers who ordered through the app. They would be pleased to realize that it would be cold by the time they got there. End of this review is going find a manager to get order in that store. There's no way people will continue to put up with that...
Read moreRecently visited on 1/6 before 9AM and the African American woman who I’m assuming is the manager was very rude from the beginning of my visit until the end. I let her know I had JUST placed a mobile order & was picking up & she made a comment about how I had just placed it 54 seconds ago. I was in no way rushing her but okay. At the speaker she told me to pull to the front of the store (I was the only car in line) so I pulled up to the window as customary & she opened the window, yelled to pull to the front of the store & slammed the window shut. No hi how are ya or anything. When I finally got my order it was of course wrong and BITTER. Which leads me to believe they are using ‘dead’ shots of expresso. This is not the first time I’ve had a poor experience due to her behavior. My order is always always wrong here and most of the employees have poor customer service skills. No point in spending my money here if the drink is horrible & the experience...
Read moreI am a frequent Starbucks customer and new to this area. I’ve been to this location 4 times I believe and 2 out of the 4 I was not happy about the product. I was on my way to work, stopped by to order a coffee (Grande w| Cream + Sugar) just to take a drink of water with a pinch of coffee. Extremely upset because that’s not what I expect from SB… however I was on my work to work and didn’t have time to go back and get a replacement both time. I’m extremely busy and the thought to call just didn’t cross my mind at the time. None the less…I’ve never experienced that at SB so imagine my dissatisfaction when I took the first sip.
