So excited to have a Jersey Mike's Subs in Prosper, TX, and what a convenient location! The store is located near the corner of 423 and 380, which makes it the perfect stop for me when I am meeting with real estate clients in the new, nearby subdivisions.
The customer service here is unprecedented. The staff works seamlessly together to ensure that every menu item is made perfectly to order in a timely manner. It is very apparent from visiting this location that the leadership prides themselves on creating a caring, family atmosphere among their employees; you can tell that everyone working on the shift absolutely enjoys being there. Always smiling, acknowledging customers, and keeping the store in tip-top shape, they are very proud to serve you a meal.
There is always plenty of parking, since the restaurant is conveniently located in the Kroger shopping center. Access to the shopping center is a breeze, which makes mealtime quick and stress-free.
Be sure to check out the community board in the back of the restaurant! The employees post the latest events that the restaurant has been a part of, including fundraising for Kids Prosper Kids during their recent grand opening.
My favorite item to order (keto-diet friendly!) is the #7 turkey breast and provolone "sub in a tub" without bread with some avocado added! So delicious...

-Has made sure the entire staff is wrapped
-Masks on employees and customer on properly.
-Using air purification system out in the lobby
-Dining room is closed and plenary of space to social distance
Owner is doing best they can.
End of Update*
Employees letting customers with out face masks in. It’s the law and completely unsanitary. This is the second time I have seen this. Next time I will have to unfortunately call the Texas state health board. Inform your employees to instruct customers not wearing a mask to step outside and place a phone order, app ordering or curbside. Either you agree with the issue politically or not. We live in a society and we do whats best for the society not personal agenda. This is completely...
Read moreHorrible customer service. I ordered online and was told my order would be completed in 20 minutes. When I arrived 20 minutes after I ordered there was a line of people all placing there orders around 10 people or so, I went to the pick up window and was told I probably have the wrong store, after the employee found out I did in fact place an order but no one seemed to care to get it ready so after waiting for the entire line to get there orders that they placed 20 minutes after me I had to wait 10+ additional minutes to get my order and when I brought the issue up to one of the employees I was told well “IT’S NOT THAT LATE”. Are you kidding me they should be fired and I will be taking this as a learning experience and never waist my time or money ordering here again. I’ll be sure to post this on Windsong Facebook page too maybe it will at least save someone else from the...
