Came in this morning on a quick work break around 10:30. I purchased the tomatoe mozzerala and small acai refresher. I had a $5 coupon. The total of the 2 items including tax is $11.73 and with $5 off, a total of $6.73. I gave the lady a $20 and got back $10. I thought about it for a second and realized I over payed so I went to ask her the price of the items I got again. She didn't know and looked confused and scared so this guy helped me but not right away and when he finally came he kept asking me to scan my barcode 7-8 times like he couldn't figure out what to do and was getting frustrated because there was a line forming behind me. He finally just have me $1 and some change back to shoo me away. And it still wasn't the right amount of change which was supposed to be $13.27 So therefore I had to pay more than I should Even though it's only a $1.49 it's so irritating how I asked for help twice and they didn't even initially give me my receipt so I couldn't look firsthand. They all seem so flustered and just wanted to move on to the next thing in their to do list. So rude and they are stealing money because $1 here and there from hundreds of people that come in adds up and...
Read moreNot my favorite Starbucks. Weâve visited a few times and each time the experience has been the same = poor! Today was our final visit. It was slow both drive up and in store. I personally went inside to order and the staff could care less that I was waiting. The two employees were completely fixated on the drive up. Eventually, a team member said someone would assist me shortly. I waited longer then multiple drive up orders (my husband was outside waiting and noticed they assisted more then 10 vehicles while I was standing waiting on our order). The lady who eventually stepped out from the back room took my order 1) got my name incorrect, 2) said they were out of the dragon fruit pieces but stated my mango dragon fruit lemonade would still taste the same - it didnât. It tasted like straight up lemonade 3) 90% of my cup was filled with ice (so much for requesting lite ice). To sum it upâŚ.I paid $11 for two large cups of ice and wasted about 20 minutes the only person in line. Donât recommend this location. If you must use this locationâŚhighly recommend you order via drive up they may actually care to quickly prepare...
Read moreAll the baristas are incredibly nice but that does not make up for the poor quality of the coffee. I always get a cold brew (which is one of the most simple items to make) and somehow it is not made correctly. About 85% of the time it is either incredibly weak and or they don't even add sweetener to it. This morning I expressly stated that I wanted a shot of espresso and vanilla sweetener and when I get my coffee, not only was it weak, it didn't taste like any sweetener was even added. I don't know if the baristas are just that spaced out that they are skipping steps or if they were not taught how to make the drinks. At this point, its not worth waiting 15-20 minutes in the drive-through and paying nearly $5 for a coffee that won't even be...
