This visit was my first to this location in Prosper and it was such a warm, inviting experience that I will continue visiting this one instead of the previous location that is closer to my house!
I visited during the Super Bowl game, so the entire restaurant was pretty empty of customers (as it also seemed at many other restaurants!) as the majority of people were probably holed up somewhere watching the game. Even better for me - my pizza was made very quickly and was extremely hot and delicious!
The employees were so fun and friendly, making me feel at home immediately. It seemed as though they were genuinely happy to be there and that they enjoy not only their job but the food, as well. They gave me suggestions for my "make your own" pizza, and the final result was stellar! The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside and tender in the right places; the cheeses were melted and distributed evenly around the pizza, and the toppings were so fresh and tasty! The employees were extremely knowledgeable about their menu options, including the vegan toppings and substitutes. They also don't place limits on how many toppings you choose. Bonus tip: ask for the melted butter to be drizzled all over the pizza before it is baked!
The inside and the outside of the restaurant were sparkly clean and all the stainless steel surfaces were polished and gleaming. The staff continued to check on me throughout my meal to ensure that I was happy with my food. Their unsweetened iced tea is perfectly brewed and tastes great!

Read moreThere are two major problems here - first, customer service & conflict resolution on behalf of the supervisor(Sou Moua)and your employees in my incident was none existent. Second, my husband and I believe we were racially profiled by your employees when they decided to call the POLICE to resolve a customer issue and demean our character with their false accusations. There were many customers that came and left the store during our time there; some were less patient then we were and made it known that they were waiting too long for their orders as well, but they did not have the police called on them for their verbal exchanges with your employees. I deal with belligerent patients on a daily basis, so I know all too well what belligerent and disruptive behavior looks like, and that was not the behavior of my husband and I that night. We were customers expressing our frustration about receiving subpar customer service on top of NOT receiving the goods that we paid for in a timely manor. Lastly, we are in the age of George Floyd and countless of other black people that are often harmed by police during encounters that are supposed to be otherwise harmless. Unless your employees are living under a rock in 2022, I am sure that they are privy to the type of world we are living in. Read moreJust had a bad experience with two women at your establishment. One of them was the manager. While waiting for our pizza I ask for cheesy garlic bread. The young man who was nice and respectful was about to place the order. A young woman with green hair had an attitude said we can’t. She said we are about to have the oven serviced and it needs to be turned off. I asked her how long does it take to make the bread. She said oh 4 or 5 minutes. So I asked again could they make it since the time to make it is short. She repeatedly told me no and said I’ll give you free soda. Mind you, our pizza was just placed in the oven and the back and forth I had with the young lady, our bread could have been done. The lady went in the back and I could see her talking to the lady who we found out was a manager. They both stated watching me, rolling their eyes and it was clear they was talking about me to other staff members. My sister noticed the manager particularly was rolling her eyes, giving us an evil stare and involving other staff members. So my sister shared some words of wisdom about what is good customer service. It’s interesting because I was just here last night and the staff was amazing.
