I had a pleasant experience at this restaurant. This is my second visit food was really good, and the ambience was warm and welcoming. Whereas coming to the service only two girls were very involved in the work when I observed they almost did everything taking orders, assisting guests, cleaning plates, serving food what not and even cleaning tables. They were working very hard and very fast in approaching genuinely focused on guest needs. Their effort definitely stood out and is appreciated I forgot to ask their names(Braids) but they seemed overburdened because they were covering for areas where other staff were not engaged. However, the overall service experience needs improvement, especially at the billing area. Some staff members at the door were clearly aware that guests were waiting and looking at them for assistance, but they did not acknowledge customers. Instead, they seemed distracted cracking jokes and laughing among themselves which gave the impression that customer service was not a priority. For a better guest experience, I would strongly recommend that management train the counter staff on professionalism, attentiveness, and basic customer service etiquette. A little more focus and responsiveness would make a big difference. In my first visit I tried the Butter Chicken and Naan, and both were excellent. I also ordered Biryani for takeout. .My recent dining experience was extremely disappointing, marked by significant failures in both service and management. ​The food quality was mediocre at best; however, the service issues were the primary problem. We placed an order for a Biryani, and after waiting for nearly an hour, the dish still had not arrived. It was clear the restaurant was poorly staffed, which contributed to the long wait times and general disorganization. ​The most shocking part of the visit was the management interaction. Instead of addressing the delayed order, the manager approached our table and rudely questioned why we were "still hanging around," despite the fact that we were waiting for a dish we had already paid for. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. ​The combination of the excessively rude staff, especially the manager, and the inability to deliver a simple order in a timely manner made this a horrible experience. I usually don’t write reviews, but I really wanted to write this one because I was honestly so satisfied with all the dishes we tried!

We went as a group, so we got to taste a bunch of different items. Firstly The place has a beautiful ambiance and super warm, welcoming staff. It’s very clean too — the staff were quick to tidy up after customers.

The food came out fresh and hot, just perfect for this cold weather. Chat pata corn is crispy and tasty, The veg keema biryani was flavorful and beats the non veg taste . But the real star was the Mutton Nawabi Biryani- juicy, tender pieces of mutton with an amazing aroma — absolutely delicious! The only dish we didn’t like much was the Apollo Fish, but everything else more than made up for it. Lastly, the warm ghee Bobatlu and tuti fruity rabdi were perfect to satisfy our sweet tooth.
