Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Prosser

Horrible customer service, never really eat there but I have a client who I recently started caring for that loves the burgers. There was no line so I started to order, mind you I don’t eat here but I somewhat remembered the order, I asked to add some bacon remove special sauce and the guy at the register responded “so you don’t want the famous star” (i did, just needed bacon & no special sauce) I noticed the employee who attended me the last time & as we made eye contact I asked “hey maybe you can help I think you helped me la..” didn’t even get to finish she cut me off & responded very rudely that she couldn’t remember me or my order. With high functioning anxiety I continued my order with the guy at the register feeling super embarrassed. As if that wasn’t enough I was getting my soda and since it happens to be right by the drive through I heard the employee (C) who was upset before even asked for her help tell the employee attending me “you don’t have to apologize for anything” as I looked over she smirked my fiancée was with me and upset so he mentioned to the guy attending us that she shouldn’t apologize just maybe not take her anger out on the customers. She responded with “I don’t understand” because he was speaking in Spanish to a whole different person. Came in last night and no one was in the lobby or the front counter. Okay cool no problem maybe someone ran to the back really quick is what I am thinking. Someone seen us in the back and said you have guests upfront. Waited a couple of minutes and nice lady came and apologized for the wait and took the order. Again no worries things happen. My issue is why wait for an extended period of time just to receive not even room temperature food. On top of that the burger I order didn’t come with everything it’s suppose to come with which was the reason for me trying the burger. This isn’t the worst location I’ve been to and I’m not saying to order here. I’m just saying the food experience unfortunately sucked and was my only issue. Oh and the restaurant...

Many to choose from but this one is special. I harken back to the days when portions were plentiful and condiment packets were liberally available. Go to Love's Travel Center, Exit 80, I82, Prosser WA. The surprise is inside. The fries and onion rings are packed to overflow and I actually had pickle in every bite of my Double Western with cheese. I don't normally rave about fast food. In fact, I try to avoid it at all cost. But I had an occasion to be on that route three consecutive days this week at different times. Three different shifts and three consistent meals.
