It pains me to do this because we enjoy Antonio's, but some guy there tonight had a bad attitude. I CALLED in my order for a Large Chicken Bacon Ranch pizza, went to pick it up and added a square slice of cheese. The lady that cashed me out and everything was great - Thank you. Got home (Warwick) and found that the pizza I had was a Chicken BBQ ranch pizza...I called to let them know and see what can be done. Mind you I was just talking with the guy, there's no reason to be rude and he seemed to get the issue. And quite honestly, it's a reasonable mistake on their part. Annoying sure...but I get it. Anyway, the guy asks if I can come back in and I told him I live 25 mins away, can I get a refund? He put me on hold then comes back and says he can't do a refund because it was an online order. I said it wasn't an online order I called it in which we had already established (either way why does it matter?!). He says whatever you'll get your refund and hung up. I call back, pick up immediately hangs up without saying anything. Called a second time, he picks up without saying hello and tells me I was being annoying about it and hung up again. Now I'm upset...I don't understand why this brother felt the way he did and felt that abruptly ending two calls was the way Antonio's wants to be represented, but it really pissed me off. I will be calling back to speak to a manager tomorrow to complain about this employee, which I hope they can identify. Luckily I received the refund as confirmed by my bank statement. Read moreI came here with my boyfriend because it’s Friday night and the Thayer location would’ve been too busy so we decided to come to this one. Never again. The cashier was rude to us/other customers and her coworkers the whole time we were there. The only one that was nice to us was the man that had asked us what pizza slices we wanted. I went to grab a soda and got basically yelled at because she said it was locked but I didn’t hear her the first time she said it, I honestly didn’t know she was talking to me. So she raised her voice with even more attitude than before. Dont have the drinks on display like they’re ready to grab then get mad when customers get confused? When we got our pizza and started to eat the worker that was nice to us went to use the restroom but I overheard him trying to tell her that it was clogged then she yelled at him that he needs to yell so she can hear him. I’m sure he doesn’t want to yell in a store full of eating customers that the toilet is clogged. She then put the bucket and rag to clean the bathroom on the counter where food is served. We ended up not finishing our pizza and leaving because of everything we witnessed and went through just trying to enjoy 4 slices of pizza. Will always go to the Thayer street location but never again...

The food was ready promptly at the correct time for pickup, but there was an issue where I had ordered and paid for a large gluten free pizza, but was informed that there was a computer error, and they only had the ability to make gluten free pizzas in size medium. I asked if that would affect the price?, but was told it was the same charge for either size. After, I checked online and there actually is a listed price difference for the two pizzas if ordered that way. I did call back and mentioned my issue, and they said they could adjust the charge to make sure it would be fixed on my credit card, but now it appears they have just charged my credit card the difference amount instead of refunding it. I have been charged twice for incorrect amounts than the actual price of the item I received. Overall, the pizza was really good, but the issue is around the customer support around cost and handling of charging correct amount. I'd recommend the food, just...
