Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place I booked this restaurant for my birthday celebration, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. My reservation was for 8:30 PM, and I arrived early at 8:20 PM, yet my group wasn’t seated until 9:20 PM. I reserved for 15 people, but 12 attended. For a large party, I expected better preparation and staffing, but it was clear they were not ready for us. Once seated, the problems continued. To the point where I hair comb was found on the table. Drinks were disappointing, appetizers came after the entrées, and our server was overwhelmed and unresponsive. The table was not properly set with basic utensils, and when we asked, the staff acted annoyed. I had also been promised a complimentary bottle of champagne for booking a party of 6+, but not only did we not receive it, the cups brought to the table were dirty. They are more focused on other people that are consuming bottles and forgets about others. The bill came out to nearly $900, which felt unreasonable given the poor service. I stayed because I wanted to celebrate with my cake, but instead of allowing that, the owner asked us to leave our table and move to the bar, claiming he had another reservation. My cake was then brought out in to-go containers at the bar, making the entire celebration feel rushed and embarrassing. This experience was unprofessional, unorganized, and disrespectful. I'm very annoyed about the experience i had at this location. I went on a thursday and they advertised a deal for free hookah with the purchase of an entree. We purchased 2 entrees and still got charged for the hookah. Manager stated something about the promoter and them were not on the same page about advertising that deal (even though it was posted on their social media still at the time of my visit.) I Paid for the hookah to avoid any further disputes.

We ordered Hatian Pasta with shrimp but got no shrimp when it arrived. Because we didn't want to bother the one girl working, so we didn't tell her right away (It was already tough to get her attention).

When I tried to get our check it was a hassle but partially because only 1 person was working so we had gone up to the bar to ask for the check. The waitress incorrectly charged my friend for the tab of another table. They stated the price would reflect a subtraction of the amount my friend had already paid but the price was not correct. She went up to her manager 2 or 3 times until it was corrected but I am looking over the receipt now and it still doesn't make sense what was charged.

This place is an absolute joke. I’ve never felt so disrespected spending my money anywhere. At first, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, thinking once I reached out they’d try to make it right. But the more I slept on it and realized they didn’t care at all — no apology, no money back, not even a future credit — it’s nuts. That alone tells you what kind of business this is.

The location is nothing special for them to be acting so high and mighty, and the service is just as bad. My drink was spilled halfway to the table and somehow I was still charged for the whole drink , and expected to tip on top of the already added gratuity which was of no mention.

I run two small businesses myself, so I know exactly what good customer service looks like. A real business takes accountability when they mess up. This one does the exact opposite. They don’t care about you, only about squeezing as much money out of you as they can.

There are plenty of other places on Federal Hill with way better service, better nightlife, and businesses that actually respect their customers. If you’re even considering going here, don’t....
