Burger King — Restaurant in Providence

My mother went to grab a quick bite on my behalf and ordered a Large Drink with NO ice. The young Hispanic girl with curly hair and glasses at the drive through took my drink, emptied it and “refilled” it but left it about half empty when she gave it to my mother. When my mother noticed the drink, she looked up back at this girl and found this girl was staring at her almost as if she was waiting for a reaction to which my mom just shook her head, laughed and drove off. My thing is, if you are irritated because somebody wants what they PAY for then maybe you should go work under the tables or something where you don’t have to deal with people. My mother didn’t ask for much, she just asked for no ice and you did what you did out of spite which is highly unprofessional and unethical to do. She watched you stare back at her, so she knew that YOU knew you ripped her off. I tried calling the store but to no avail and it’s not so much about the drink, but how you handled something so minor. If you get irritated off of that, you shouldn’t be working there or anywhere that involves...

First and last time I go there. I went there today April 9th around 10:30pm and the employee from the drive thru was acting like she was tired. I won't hire a person that show they clients they are tired. I think a business should always get someone who makes them money not a person who makes you feel like omg you too...and she on the head sets asking "something else?" with a tone with an actitud. If you don't want to work in a fast food restaurant don't work! Plus 2 of my 4 sodas wrong when it was easy doing 4 sprites. And I had 2 orders of nuggets and don't know why she even asked what kind of sauce, because she never gave it to me. I had to go thru the drive thru and she looked at me like are you serious? Well yes I am paying for something that I would like to recieve plus one of those orders of nuggets was for my son. I worked for 7 years at a fast food restaurant and I just don't understand how this things happens. Cold fries, hard and cold nuggets and my mothers fish sandwich cold and hard. I give them 3 starts. The food is always the same like the menu is the same. I'm tired of eat the same thing over an over. Some times I ask for a croissant and my bread is hard falls a part. Then I stop eating because a friend of mine works there and one time they grab a bag of hamburger bread and it's has a hole in it and the top one was eat by a mouse. The manager did was take the top and served the rest. Other thing is this people has cold and they clean there running nose withe there palm off the hand. Then they keep working with out clean there hand. They sweep and throw the garbage with the apron on it and gloves with the ones they keep using to deal with the food.
