China Sails — Restaurant in Providence

Terrible. Couples days prior I order small chicken wing fresh and good , so yesterday terrible I order large I am certified food safety manager well guess what fried chicken wings fried fried fried that's how skin and not golden crisp fresh fry but a smoke black dry look and tasted bitter from old used oil .. they think that buy doing that they get Max money sales and don't loose profit buy not trashing stuff that they fried leftovers. Ppl read this just with me I said couple days ago and yesterday and prior day before I am minnum I live alone and don't like cooking for one alot so I am good for ordering minnum weekly $82 week. Small scallop small shrimp lomein and large fries wing is $26.90 do that 3 times week so and I have given them chances and spoke to them just before everyo review .....

I can’t believe it took me 11 years to discover this place while I live right around the corner and am about to move. I stopped in for lunch around 1 pm, ordered small pork lo mein, a couple spring rolls (could have been a wee more cooked but still very good) and an order of awesome rangoons. (Normally I would order from another place a tad closer to me but by chance stopped here last minute out of the blue.) Food was piping hot and tasted fresh. A real nice change of taste. Let me start off by saying me and my friends have been going to china sail since 2011 the lady who takes the order has always been nice. But last night I went to go get lo mein and some other food. The meat in the lo mein had a serious foul stretch. Enough to turn your stomach. The entire carton of lo mein smelled bad and they put a generous amount of meat in the lo mein .
