I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with a recent experience I had at your establishment.

On Friday , I placed a specific order. However, upon arriving home and opening the packaging, I discovered that the order was completely incorrect. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, I spoke with a manager who was not only extremely rude but also dismissive, stating that nothing could be done to resolve the mistake.

What made the situation even more troubling was a prejudiced comment made by the manager, where she stated that your business “is not a Dominican-established business,” which was both inappropriate and offensive. This kind of language is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the culture and values upheld by your management.

I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your staff, especially those in managerial roles. I would appreciate a response explaining how this matter will be handled and what steps will be taken to prevent such incidents...

I usually do take out and never had a problem. We decided to dine in and my husband got the camarones con coco, nothing like the picture from the menu, mind you they charge you 15% as tips included with the bill, without even asking. They gave us 2 prices, 130 if i pay cash and 136 if i pay with card. Gave them 140 and the waiter came back saying i didn't gave her enough? She apologized when sge noticed she got confused. And i was waitinf for my change for like 5 mins when i was literally close to the register, idk if they were trying to keep the 4 dollars wich is nothing but that would'd been on top of what they already...

Really bad service. Went with my family and waited an 1 hour for the food that was never brought to the table. Had to pay our drinks and walk out and went to a different restaurant. They gave us some excuses saying the system fail. We were the only ones at the restaurant so we thought they would have a great service. They were all just sitting on their phone the entire time. Until they realize our food wasn’t on the table and brought burned chips to the table. Definitely don’t...
