I order from this location a lot. I almost always schedule my order in advance, and it nearly always gets to me within 10 minutes of the original desired delivery. I scheduled and order today around 6-6:20 to be delivered at 7:30. It came 30 minutes late, the driver didn’t keep it in an insulated bag, and it was stone cold when it got to me. I called them explaining the situation, and they said the order came 40 minutes earlier than it actually did and that I did not schedule it in advance, the driver told them it was hot when she delivered, and they tried to argue it got to me in the normal timeframe from when you order. I told them I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble or blame anyone, but I have the notification timestamps from when the order was placed, in the oven, out for delivery, and when the driver called me. I just wanted a replacement, and they hung up on me so I’m not sure I’m going to get anything. They could pull up my order history, or even just the logs/time stamps for todays order. I had no issues with them prior to this and I order quite frequently, so I’m disappointed this is how they would treat a reliable customer who’s never had an issue with them before and accuse me of lying. Now they apparently do. anyways, I order on my phone for delivery whatever easy. but come to find out on my profile it was an old number and I tried changing it on the website and it wouldn't allow me. found a box at the bottom before finishing order for a phone number which i put in.. so fast forward and the tracker said it was delivered which it clearly wasn't. Read moreI recently ordered pasta from Domino’s and was shocked to find it full of hair when it arrived. I immediately called the store to report the issue, and they agreed to send a replacement, which I appreciated. However, to my surprise, I was charged an additional $9 for the replacement without any explanation.
When I tried to resolve the issue, I was told to call back the next day to speak with a manager. I’ve since been trying to get in touch with them for over 26 minutes, but no one is answering the phone. It feels like they’re ignoring my calls, which is incredibly frustrating.
