Dunkin' — Restaurant in Providence

Okay so it takes a lot for me to bother writing a negative review for any place. I'm pretty understanding when it comes to taking a while or mistakes but today was just ridiculous.

I ordered ahead for walk in this morning at 10:38 am and when I got there my drink was ready but I needed to wait for my wake up wraps. Which again is fine, they were swamped with orders inside and through the drive through and they even needed a second employee to help with the sandwich station.

But then I ended up having to wait there for literally thirty minutes. Thirty minutes! I didn't get my item until 11:10 am! And when I finally did I was missing one of the wraps. I had ordered two and after having to wait thirty minutes I only got one of them, it's incredibly ridiculous.

I can be very patient and understanding and I have worked at a Dunkin before so I get it but this level of disorganization and poor service is just way out there. And this isn't the first time I had to wait long for an order here it's just the worst experience so far.

I most likely won't bother wasting my money and dropping by here on my way to work anymore, its just not worth running late to work because their management and training of employees is so poor that you can't receive your two item order in less than thirty minutes. I shouldn't have to choose between getting my order and running late or losing money by having to just leave without it so I'm not late to work.

And I give plenty of ahead time to get stuff in the morning, at least an hour or more. But this place just eats it right up, it's not worth wasting your time...

Don't like to be the bear of bad news or bad reviews . I really feel like this dunkin needs better management, and employees need better training with making coffees and being fast paced. I wasted ten minutes of my break waiting for 2 small ice coffees, and I was the only customer in the store. And everytime I go they never have anything (food wise) that I ask for, at this point they need to take the whole menu down and just put ice coffees because that's all they give . I'm starting to be convinced they're just saying that because they don't want to make anything. I work close to this dunkin, so while I'm on break its easy to go to but now its very inconvenient for me to have to go another dunkin just to get what I want. They took so long in the drive-through one day , the customer infront of me was screaming "OMG...

Horrible place! They never get your order correct. This last time I ordered for delivery. They did not included the two orders of hash browns I've ordered. The bagel was extremely overly toasted to where it wasn't edible. One out of the two coffees ordered was done wrong, it was supposed to have splenda because my wife is a diabetic. THEY ADDED SUGAR!!!!!! ARE YOU FREAKIN SERIOUS?!?!?! DO YOU KNOW HOW HARMFUL SUGAR IS TO A DIABETIC??? How hard is it to follow instructions? I mean come on now! The other time I've ordered from here, they left out several items as well but was still charged for them. This place is freakin unbelievable and it's run by incompetent people who can't follow simple instructions! I would never order or even come here ever again!!! Absolutely...
