Pro- great selection and decent prices Cons- poor customer service. Couch took 3 weeks for arrival after being told 10 days for arrival and no updates. Got a call 2 weeks later from someone trying to coordinate a drop off but had no idea when the couch would arrive. So what were they coordinating? The real kicker was paying 120$ for delivery and when it finally came, the delivery guys could not get it up the stairs and did not try to figure it out. I even had to go out there to try to help myself. They took the couch back and told me to just call the store and "figure it out". I go to the store, convince the staff to give me back the couch and I had to load it up in a borrowed truck, drive it to my house myself, have two friends come down, and they were able to get into my house no problem. And the company will not refund me my 120$. Absolutely ridiculous....

This place is a joke , and when u ask for corporate no one calls you back. They charged me 100 dallor delivery fee and I lived 3 mins away on top of that it was just delivery not setting up the furniture , the day of the delivery they kept saying they put on there way had me wait all day for them an ended up showing up at 830 at night , the people who dropped off the furniture did not know what they were doing they even left Someone else’s bed frame here an after I was on my way out to late dinner already because of them , they called me an I had to go back an get them the peice. Here I am a few months in an the kitchen table is already breaking and I’m still paying on it smfh. AND ........ I could not fit a dresser up my stairs so went back to get something else an they tried to charge me another 100$ delivery fee. Do not shop...

First time buying there and I will never buy there again so disappointed with the Ashley rocker/recliner chair that I brought it squeaks when I rock in it and I feel like I'm sinking down to the floor I even had to put a pillow in it and the return policy sucks you don't even see the post for the return policy until it's to late because the countertop is so high and it's on the wall low down behind the counter where it's hard to see it so once again I will never shop here again buyers beware shop at your own risk at Providence discount furniture on Douglas Ave in Providence RI so sad.
