Li Li Wok — Restaurant in Providence

I personally have never and will never eat from here! Twice now I have been sent to pick up thru DoorDash, both times the food wasn't ready, not surprised since there has only been a young woman behind the counter no cooks but food left out everywhere 😵‍💫 buckets of raw chicken sitting on counters, cooked chicken and egg rolls sitting over the fry oil cooked but cool, veggies sitting on the floor next to blooms and mop buckets. Absolutely disgusting 🤢 when asking for the to go order I was told 3 minutes! I said ok while she took other customers orders then just stood there. I realized she was the only one there so I asked if the order was being made...She proceeded to pick up her phone walk over to the fryer and with out a glove sticks an egg roll in a bag and (phone still in her other hand) puts it down on a counter walks over to the bucket of raw chicken shakes her head then looks at a frying pan with old cooked vegetables shakes her head again and continues on her phone so I ask again if the orders being made 🥺 she says 3 minutes 😱 I said but your not making any food your on your phone and no one else is here she then told me...

First time ordering from Lili Wok, the delivery took longer than expected. Upon receiving our order, we were underwhelmed with the quality of the food. The shrimp fried rice contained only four pieces of shrimp and the rice was undercooked(mushy). Furthermore, my combo meal, which was supposed to include sweet and sour chicken, lacked sauce altogether. On a positive note, the strawberry smoothie was enjoyable. However, there were discrepancies in our order, including the incorrect soda selection. Additionally, my husband's boneless spare ribs lacked sauce. Given the subpar experience and the total cost of $45, we were disappointed and would not recommend this...

Absolutely tasteless and disgusting. Egroll.was definitely frozen and UBER EATS MAKES IT SOUND ALL PRETTY AND NICE ORDERDED A PORK LOMEIN COMBO W BEEF FRIED RICE ANS EGG ROLL IT SWAS $27 FOR THE DRYEST FRIED RICE AMD MOST FROZEN EGG ROLL MUSH AROUND AND THE PORK LOMEIN WAS THE PORK OF THE EQUIVENT OF 1 TERRYAKI CHOPPED UP.AND SERVED W FRESH ONIONS TO COVER THE TASTE. 27$ FOR THIS THEY SHOULD HAVE TO REFUND YOU IN THE ENITIRETY.
