today a 6pm i took my Son who is 5 years old to my local McDonald's at 343 Broad St, Providence ,RI 02909 to buy dinner for both of us a happy meal for him and a happy meal for myself my son is an autistic child he doesnt understand rules or whats going on in the world all he knows is that hes hungry and its time to eat so he goes to sit down in the table to wait for me to sit with him the cashier says theres no dine in and i said ok no problem let me just get my son he starts eating im standing were out of the way of everyone the manager (Shannon)comes out very aggressive and starts yelling you and your son cant be here we already told you theres no dine in i explain to her my son does not understand what you are saying please just let him finish his chicken nugget and we will leave Shannon (manager) says thats not my problem i have a special needs son too and i dont think im better than anyone the rules are the rules if you dont leave im gonna take your food and throw it in the trash and she didnt even give me a second before she leaned over the tsble and removed the food i had just purchase for us in the trash im like are you serious thats not right i understand the rules but no matter what you dont do that to a innocent child especially not one with special needs there comes a time in life where sometimes you need to choose empathy and compassion when dealing with a situation and there was not any i felt humiliated and belittled and i just others to know me let others what happened here today . On 9/8/2018 at 3:33 p.m. I went to the car service to order food when I went to pay I give my card to the girl she passes it more than three times then calls the manager he returns and passes the card then the girl tells me to go to the next window that the machine does not work in the next window I give the card to the girl and return to pass my card today in the morning 9/9/2018 check my bank application and I realize that appears 3 times the same order for the amount of $ 14.45. Read moreAbsolutely horrible. I came here right before class today, had to wait in line then told they were completely out of mcgriddles. It's 7am. Then asked for a Frappe. Well the machine is broken. So then I get a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Only for it to be burnt on the outside raw on the inside and cold. I also got a large soda. They had like 4 options because they were all out. No straws or anything by the condiments and drinks Station. Only lids. On top of being super slow and being absolutely filthy, they were also very disrespectful and unprofessional. I wasn't given the option of my receipt which I wanted she just crumpled it up and threw it away. I asked for it. She then 'tried' to print another one. So I'm wasting my time for 40 min to get some burnt and raw food and a receipt. Absolutely ridiculous. That was just the cashier. Nevermind the manager. She was even worse. Rude and just shrugged.
