shocked by the low average rating but i read through some reviews on here by people who have only written a singular review or have unverified profiles. after my really good visit, i conclude that these reviews must be bots, falsified, or mixing it up with another business. i stopped in during lunch time on a weekday and was helped right away. i wanted falafel and they serve it as a wrap but because i can't consume gluten regularly, they graciously allowed me to order it deconstructed. i asked for just lettuce and hummus with the falafel. it took about ten minutes and the bag was piping hot when i got it. the manager, Rami, was also so nice and informed me that they serve halal chicken and halal pepperoni pizza. i got so excited and promised i would tell all my friends so we can try it the next time together. while waiting for my food, i perused around the store which is the "Elmhurst Market" portion. they have a good selection of nostalgic childhood snacks and a fabulous ice cream selection. it's nice to see so many Ben and Jerry's flavors on this side of Providence if you don't want to go to thayer. the place has a corner store vibe with the deli part of it, and i love going to places like that amidst the gigantic grocery chains. i don't think anything less than 5 stars is fair honestly. it's a great corner store and food spot. the falafel is crunchy and flavorful. the lettuce was clearly chopped when i ordered it and not purchased pre shredded from a supplier. the hummus was lemony and tahini filled and did not have the taste of canned garbanzo beans. i would absolutely get it again for the $10.

Only place open at 1 am however did not disappoint! Waiting the food outside left us on the edge of our seats. We had to run inside after we think we heard a taser. On the contrary, the pizza was surprisingly decent. Comparing it to other 1am pizza spots it was pretty good. For a pepperoni it was not too greasy. The crust was nice and thin and crispy. The pepperoni could use some work, it wasn’t crispy it was just kind of there. Overall, not a bad late night option (just watch out for tasers).

Worst sandwiches ever. New Yorker had one piece of dried pastrami on it. Girls at front counter are awesome but had to argue with owner through them while he was on the phone defending half of my $86 order which took over an hour to get which was awful....usually get pizzas which are great. Don't order a sandwich though. Never had such a terrible experience before.

I honestly wish I could rate this place negative stars because that's how poor the customer service + food is. On Google apparently the store hours are listed incorrectly. I called on 4/8/16 around 2:30ish am and asked if they were still open because it says they were open until 2am on Thursdays Google. the lady on the phone said that she was still able to take my order. all I simply asked for was for a large cheese pizza and an order of fries, it arrived around 3:20am that day. I took a look at the pizza and immediately noticed something wrong. I've ordered from Milanos a few times before and I always order the same thing which is a large cheese pizza. I KNOW what a fresh pizza taste like and I know what their fresh pizzas taste like so there was absolutely no excuse for this. I have also worked at a pizza place myself for a year before so I've been in the pizza business. the pizza looked like it was out for hours and then they reheated it to sell to me. when I received it and I took one slice and couldn't finish it and it also gave me a stomach ache. I was tired so I went to sleep and I assumed they were closed already so I didn't bother to call back. I was going to deal with it the following afternoon. I worked all morning and as soon as I got out of work I called them. I did not want a refund, all I simply asked for was for another pizza. I still had the pizza I DIDNT eat if they wanted it. I spoke to the owner of the store and he was SO rude to me. I was trying to explain my story and he wouldn't let me finish and he was jumping into conclusions and kept saying " you don't like my food so why do you keep complaining". he also mentioned that I should've called the same day, but like I said I assumed they were closed already because of the hours on Google. also technically it is STILL 4/8/16 so it is the same day. andddd also I WAS BEYOND SLEEPY AND I WORKED IN THE MORNING. the manager did not have to be rude to me at all that was unnecessary. I'm a college student with a part time job, okay. I do not make millions of dollars everyday and this large pizza was supposed to be what I was going to eat for the next day or two because I'm trying to save my money since I do live on my own. I wasted practically 20$ on this terrible pizza and I didn't get to eat most of it only the fries. Milanos pretty much took my money for free. $20 out of my pocket which could've went towards FOOD I COULD ACTUALLY EAT TO SURVIVE ON. I was so respectful to the owner until he kept cutting me off on the phone. Plus I gave a tip to this undeserving business. so now I lost $20 and I have no food to eat for today, thank so much for ruining my day. now I will eat nothing. all I want is a...

Hi I am Sarah I’m 12 yrs old and my mom said i could order anything i want for my birthday ,i decided on this place(biggest mistake of my life) i wanted to try something new. so I ordered a cheesecake A chicken Caesar wrap, a steak and cheese and french fries and also a chocolate cake with some drinks. It’s obviously wasn’t all for me, but that’s besides the point, first thing I opened was the fries and when I looked at them, I could tell they were cold so I took one took a bite and guess what it was cold I was pretty disappointed, but I did get it delivered so I wouldn’t expect them to be right out the oven so I didn’t care that much next I open the chicken Caesar wrap at first It looked all good and then I took a bite and I seen some marinara sauce Obviously, if you know what a chicken Caesar wrap is, marinara is not supposed to be in it I was kind of confused about that so I tried to open the cheesecake and it was a clear container so I quickly realize that it was carrot cake and not the cheesecake I asked for I was really upset about that cause all I wanted was some cheesecake. I opened The steak and cheese sandwich. It looked pretty good, but then I took a bite. It was really really cold. I was very very upset at that point. Nothing was wrong with the drinks besides that they were the 2 L and I didn’t mean to get that. I meant to get the smaller ones but I forgot about it because they never asked what size. The chocolate cake was the best thing here overall, I can’t complain about that.I will never ever order from here ever again. This place is terrible. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. Thats it thank you for ruining my birthday.😕 (I would add a photo, but this is being made after we threw everything out and we did not want to take...
