Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Zero Communication
I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with this furniture store was so frustrating that I feel compelled to share it. What was supposed to be a simple furniture delivery turned into a drawn-out ordeal filled with delays, excuses, and unprofessional behavior.
First off, they rescheduled my delivery three times. Each time, I had to rearrange my schedule, take time off, and wait around for nothing. No advance notice, no apologies—just a message after the delivery window had passed (if that). That alone would be frustrating, but it was only the beginning.
Trying to get in touch with someone was nearly impossible. Their business phone doesn’t even work. Seriously, what kind of store in 2025 can’t manage a working contact number? Since they don’t answer calls or return voicemails, I had to physically go to the store every single time just to speak with someone. It felt like I was chasing them down for information that they should have been giving me proactively.
The staff at the store didn’t make it any easier. They were completely unprofessional. No updates, no accountability, and every time I asked why the delivery was delayed, I got a new excuse. It was always someone else’s fault—“the truck broke down,” “the supplier messed up,” “our system glitched”—you name it. It felt like they had a never-ending playbook of excuses ready, instead of actually fixing the issue or offering a real solution.
There was zero follow-through. No one ever called to reschedule unless I physically went there. No one checked in to see if the delivery had finally gone through or if I was satisfied. It was all on me to keep pushing for answers, and frankly, it shouldn’t be this difficult to get furniture you’ve already paid for.
Bottom line: I do not recommend this store to anyone. Unless you’re okay with being ignored, misled, and left without your purchase for weeks on end, take your business elsewhere. A furniture store should offer more than just products—they should offer reliable service and basic communication. This place fails...
Read moreI came into the store on December 30 and ordered furniture. I ordered an in stock item that was online and was given a delivery date of January 4. On January 4, I received the mattress that I ordered and a black couch ONLY (I ordered a navy blue couch and navy blue love seat). They said this was a manufacturer error. I was then told it would come the following Tuesday (January 9). The following Tuesday, I didn’t receive my furniture and was rescheduled several times. They informed me that I would have a delivery on Monday (January 15) but still no delivery due to them being closed for MLK day. I was then told they would have it by Friday (January 19) but would deliver it Saturday (January 20). I didn’t receive my furniture on Saturday either. I contacted the store Sunday (January 21) and was informed that my delivery would arrive Monday (which it did) but it was missing legs that go on the chaise. I’ve been trying to contact them about that (I know it probably came from the manufacturer like that) but they are closed due to repairs.The employees NEVER told me that it would take weeks to receive my order. The only thing they stated to me was that my order was in stock when I ordered but was out of stock right after that. On top of that, I always had to call them/visit the store for updates. Not to mention, there have been several times I called/visited the store and they were closed during their posted open hours. However, the store did give me a box spring and rug on them so they did try and compensate me in some way but overall this was not a good...

My niece and I had to call the police just for them to give her a refund all because they lied to her saying they were going to deliver her furniture which turned into numerous delays, lies and rescheduling. Mind you they never arrived. We waited around weeks after payment was made. No one arrived or called. The delivery man lies right along with them. The delivery man also has poor customer service skills and a nasty mouth. The guy Aj who sold her the furniture lied and said she will be receiving her refund 24/48 hours. He took the original copy of her receipt and kept it and then proceeds to give her a half filled out paperwork of another receipt. This store has no control and is poorly managed. He also said the manger would be there to give her refund and he was not. We are sadly going into next steps with law with this furniture store and filling out paper work to receive her money back. This was so awful and very frustrating to deal with. I hope no one ever have to go through this with this furniture store.
