La Flor Michoacana — Restaurant in Proviso Township

This place was beyond disappointing. I ordered a Piñata a month in advance and requested to pick it up on a set date and it was not delivered as promised. I was told that I was going to receive a curtesy call but never did. Mind you, I ordered this custom Piñata a month in advance and was told it could be done. Here at this location they require you to pay in advance, which I did. I'm expecting to have my requested item as expected and did not. The workers were not helpful and could not tell me the reason for the delay in my order. One of the workers just told me to come back after five and that it will be ready. I don't close to this location so I called ahead after 5 just to see if it was ready. Of course, it was not. The workers didn't know what order I was talking about even though I had my receipt showing the details. When I finally got to a manager, he was beyond rude. He told me that it just wasn't ready yet even though they had a month to prepare. He did not apologize for their services or try to fix it. I was just told if I wanted to get my money back then to come back and get it. So now my daughter is left with no Piñata as it's too late to get a new one somewhere else. These employees provided zero communication to their customer and instead left us with confusion as to why our service could not be taken care of. Will not be coming...

Wow. Ordered a $6 waffle cone and they gave me a cone worth like barely a dollar. Double Elote had too much cheese and powder. Very disappointed with this cone it's freaking ridiculous never ordering here again unless the supposed waffle cone price drops dramatically this is false advertisement. On top of it they were all talking and laughing and the customer looked at me and laughed too. Yeah ik y'all were laughing at me. Cheap...

I was just there yesterday. I asked for a couple things and then for my ice cream, Ferrero Rosher. When the young lady handed me the cone, it didn’t look fresh. I only had like four bites of it, then threw it out. I regret taking those bites because the next day (today) I woke up with food poisoning.
