I hardly write reviews, but I need to in this case. I have never been treated so good at any store like I have today at Rooms4Kids. In an age where customer service is dying, the kind sirs at Rooms4Kids put all others to shame and reaffirmed to me that there is such a thing as respect for the customer. In addition to the great service their products were above and beyond my expectations. The quality of the furniture we purchased today was well above any other store we visited previously. They had everything we needed to make the perfect bunk bed for our 3 sons. It was delivered timely, politely, carefully, and installed with perfection. Tonight my sons sleep heavily and well all thanks to the guys at Rooms4Kids. If you want great choice of great furniture along with great customer service, then you need to go here! I called Rooms4Kids while searching for an affordable but decent quality loft bed for my 6 year old son. After speaking with Kyle, an owner of Rooms4Kids, I bought a loft bed with stairs for my son for his birthday, sight unseen. I was a little nervous, but it could not be any worse than what we purchased in the past and paid almost the same amount for bunk beds and a dresser for my girls. It turned out to be a great decision! This is now by far the best quality piece of furniture we have in our house, and definitely the best value for what we paid! This is a local family-owned business that makes high quality products. Not only do they have better quality products than you can buy online or at a big box store. On top of that, you can feel good about spending your money with this family. It's so rare to have customer service with such high quality. It has been such a pleasant surprise to work with both Brad and Kyle. We will be back in the future when we need more items!
