They told me to park in a space and they would bring my food out. The lady walks up to my car and ask me what I ordered. I say quarter pounder and instead of giving me my food she turns and walks to another car. I yell at her 2 or 3 more times "QUARTER POUNDER! I SAID QUARTER POUNDER!!!" She ignores me. I'm yelling at her to give me my food and she ignors me. She ask the other person what they ordered and handed him his food right away because he was a different race than me. She comes back to my car and I ask for a refund which they refuse to give so snatched/yanked my food out of her hand very quickly and angerly. I have to stop shopping here then. If you order from here and your not a white person, they're going to not believe anything you say and treat you like a less human thief. If you're white you only have to ask for your food 1 time. If you're not white they make you ask for your food 3 times and then they still ignore you. Never again am I supporting this racism. Read moreI have been coming to this location for years with no issues. Tonight, I visited to get a vanilla ice cream cone, and my friend ordered the new Kit-Kat McFlurry. At the intercom, I gave the woman a code for a free vanilla ice cream cone from the app, and she acknowledged it. However, when we got to the window to pay, we were charged for both the McFlurry and the cone, despite having the reward for the free cone. The woman called her manager, and we asked if we could provide the code again or get a refund for the cone. The manager refused and just said "no", even though it was their mistake for not applying the code. We asked again and she kept on saying "no" multiple times with no reason why. My app still redeemed the reward, and my points were deducted. The older lady at the second window, who is very nice and always provides excellent customer service, kindly remade my cone because of the delay and apologized for the coupon not working even though it was not her mistake. Read moreI have driven thru this restaurant a couple of times in the pass few months and never had any issues with my orders. On the last one, the morning after Easter, I got my order wrong. I had ordered 2 Sausage egg and cheese mcgriddles a coffee and a blueberry pie, and the receipt showed this order correctly. After paying I was given my coffee and asked to wait for my order at one of the Order Pickup spots... It tock about 6 minutes and when I got my food the sandwiches but did not receive a pie, I noticed the missing pie and told the worker. The worked said they did not have blueberry pies but that he had seen the pie in the order, I asked, why he did not mention it and bring a different pie, he gave me the flavor options and gave me a different pie. I drove off letting the sandwiches and coffee cool a bit more before I unwrapped them and only then did I noticed the missing meat.
