The customer service and food was the worst I’ve ever eating. The chow mein was sticking together, hard and disgusting. I ordered on my lunch break and couldn’t eat it because it was horrible. When I got off I decided to go take it back and asked to speak with a manager. I was very calm and professional. I was told that the manager is off and it’s no acting manager. I explained to the lady that I would like to get 2 fresh orders and explained how bad the chow mein was. She didn’t even apologize she said that she could only replace the chow mein noodles and not the other part of my meal from my bigger plates that was never ever touched. I explained that the order has been sitting out for over 4 hours and that I would like fresh order since they didn’t get my order right by serving me that horrible food. She kept arguing with me and asked if I can have a seat because she needed to go and text her manager and see if she would respond back. She told me that I can come back tomorrow to speak with her manager or I could purchase a new meal. I assisted on getting a refund or I would call the police and wait for them to come to get my refund. I felt very discriminated against. Then she finally agreed to give me a refund. Read moreI ordered our food through the drive through. Once I paid I was told to pull around and park by the door they would bring my order out. I sat waiting for 20 minutes and decided to go inside to check on my order. Where I then stood another ten minutes I was handed my food I get to my car and check my order to see they didn’t get my order correct. I go back inside and I explain to the cashier that my order is wrong and showed my receipt she said ok I’ll get someone for you. She said something to the drive through person and the person who took my order kept doing what they were doing and just kept looking back at me. In the mean time the cashier. Kept on taking new orders instead of helping me with mine. At this point I’ve been here for 30 mins. Waiting on my food they continued to get the line down and ran through the entire line Wich was a good 15 people. Not once said can someone fix her order or take care of her or nothing. Got my food and was just told sorry. Ate the food and I tell ya it was the worst 19$ I ever spent in my life. Went through the drive-thru, had to repeat our order twice. Got half chow mein, half fried rice, and the chow mein was beyond horrible. It was the smallest half portion I've gotten, tasted sour, almost wet/soggy texture, and smelled bad. My husband tried and confirmed it was bad, We brought it back and waited beyond the normal time for panda express service time. There was only 3 people in front of us. Gave them our order with the receipt (which they kept, so we couldn't leave a review) They agreed to give us a new plate, we accepted that. Had to repeat our order almost 3 times again to them. Also had to wait for one entree and would've had to wait for the chow mein but I didn't want that after what I tasted before.
I feel the employment are new or something. Would wait untill they get a good team together, until then I'll be going to the brickyards...
