The man taking my order was very rude. I came in with a coupon a week back, and the man dismissed it by saying it was expired by taking one glance at it - I told him it wasn't and to read the date, and he seemed annoyed - and even straight up irritated when realizing I was right. He then seemed to have a bad attitude when taking my order, almost as if he didn't want to take it. Today, I went again with another coupon and he said he doesn't take coupons even though he did just last week. He said to use the coupon online, again in a very dismissive way, but there was no option on the website to be able to do that, so I just went home empty-handed. Only real compliment I can give is that it's open early - but rude service is not a good trade off. Reason for the bad review is because after talking with the franchise owner multiple times on the phone they couldn't cancel/refund the order and our only recourse was to put in a new order and wait for the previous one to be refunded (and if it wasn't then to drive back).
