Just the right amount of parking. Just the right amount of drive through. Just the right amount of workers!! What more could you ask for?? Let me tell you... You could go to a worse Starbucks there's plenty of them that are way worse... You could find a much worse Starbucks because of lots of reasons such as parking, wait time, poor management, lack of employees, idiots, lot's and lots of idiots. But not here.. with the exception of the customers there's definitely some characters that show up here. I can account from my personal experience that the guy that followed me into the bathroom that was supposed to be a single person occupation. I wasn't going to share so I walked out and let him have it to himself. Never had that happen to me before at a Starbucks so it was marked off my list of life experiences that I never wanted to have happen to me... You definitely live and learn something new all the time!!! If you're not living you are learning and what you learn from here is watch out for people trying to over share your bathroom spot!!! Read moreI walked into this location to make a purchase the young man at the register greeted me and asked me to wait. I accepted kindly. Meanwhile, I looked at the menu but oddly was still waiting for a while (felt awkward standing for too long) while still continuing to wait another employee who seem to be the manager or something hire than the young guy at the register walked around the register asked the employee what he was doing and as the young man explained. The manager rudely snatched the gift card from his hand and yelled at him all while I was standing there. I was so embarrassed for this young man and continued to stand then it almost seemed like no one was paying attention to me. They all went about their business and I continue to stay there confused to what just happened and never got to give my order. I just decided to walkout. I don’t know if my complaint is the awkward moment of seeing the employee get yelled at or standing waiting...
Read moreService is not good. 4 times in a roll there, and it has been consistently bad. Cashier on her phone. Cashier horrible at recommending. One cashier is super impatient. Also not helpful with app. Let's not talk about picking up your order. They have these sticks with letters. You would think your items will go by your letter of name. Well, a lot of time it doesn't. Then you ask someone if that is yours cause they didn't tag the food item with your name and they have no clue so you just take it ...not knowing if the person before you ordered the same thing. To top it off, the drive up has been closed the last few times. App to order online has been turned off. It's not this time I had problems literally last 4 times with this Starbucks. Sad cause it's convenient. Ugh, frustrating.... get it together! Also, get that girl that's always either in back hiding on her phone or in front on...
