If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This McDonald's is in walking distance and I avoid this location because of the poor customer service. Tonight I was hungry and didn't feel like driving to a different McDonald's so I walked up there. I arrived at 850pm trying to enter the lobby and all the doors are locked. I walked around the building trying every door and they were all locked. I saw an employee mopping in the lobby so I knocked on the door and he look annoyed. I asked him why the doors are locked and the lobby closes at 9pm and he ignored me. I kept knocking on the door and he finally sent me back to the first set of doors i initially tried. Upon opening the doors him and the cashier looked annoyed. I asked them both again why are the doors locked when the lobby does not close until 9pm. Had I known they close the doors early I would have drove instead of walking.
I tried to keep my cool because i was annoyed because they became annoyed with me trying to order food. I placed my order with the cashier then provided him with the app code and he screwed up putting the code then tried to play it off by charging me the incorrect price. When my phone refreshed to provide him with the code again it stated I had already used the code. I was even more frustrated because he accused me of using the code. I told him he used the and put it in incorrectly now I can't use the app code. I'm already annoyed and irritated so I asked to speak to a manager. He went to get a manger. Im was witnessed the entire conversation she avoided coming over to talk to me then sent another employee so now I'm even more upset.
The kind employee was able to resolve my issue and retieved the code indicating i had not used the code thankful because I was seconds from going off. This location has the tendency to upset customers then we look bad when we react. The hours of operation states on the door the lobby is open until 9pm. Don't get upset with me because I wanted to place an order. I walked up there of course I'm upset with the customer service and the dismissive manager who made no effort to speak to me but sent another employee instead. This place is horrible and that's exactly why thw reviews are so low. For this to be a suburban McDonald's they treat their customers like very poorly. Read moreLet me start by saying, we all make mistakes, it's how we deal with those mistakes. Sadly this McDonald's manager decided not try and fix their mistake. My receipt had the right order, but my bag did not. When I got home which is a 10 minute drive and went to eat, I realized it wasn't what I ordered. t was raining and I didn't want to drive back for the right order and then drive home again, it would have taken atleast 25 minutes, plus it was raining. So I called the manager and told her they had messed up my order. Of course she said to bring the food back and they would make my order right. I explained the situation. She said there was nothing she could do then, I would.have to bring the food back today. I said sure another time, I'm home now and not coming back out, she told me I would need to do it now our there was nothing she could do to help. I explained I had just worked 12 hours, it was raining out and I didn't feel like spending that amount of time going back today. I said again, I would bring the food back tomorrow. Again, she said then there was nothing they can do. We eneded at that. This is a poorly trained manager and a McDonald's that doesn't care about making their mistakes right, my receipt was right, what was in my bag was not. Read moreThis McDonalds is horrible and they should really be ashamed to sell those old ass muffins. I bought a cranberry orange muffin on 11/9/2016. It had a sticker with the date that they were suppose to be baked or shelf life or something . That muffin had the current date which leads the consumer to believe it was fresh that day.Well that's a LIE, that muffin was so hard my boss said it could double as a hockey puck. I saved it along with the receipt and went back this morning and spoke to the manager who exchanged it and gave me another one that had a freshness sticker stating 11/10/2016 5:50PM? it was absolutely horrible. It was so hard that I couldn't break the top off without effort. This is not how a muffin should be that's fresh!!! I stop everyday for oatmeal and it a hit or miss but I can doctor that when I get to work by adding some milk and warming it up.
My husband rarely wants anything and the rare times he does , he'll ask for a sausage egg mcgridle NO CHEESE! When he gets it it has cheese!!!! DAMN we stressed no cheese four times and they still put cheese on it. Nobody cares these days and management is just as inadequate as the staff they hire. The corporate number that's on the receipt is a joke. They tell you to leave a message and someone will get back to you.......well that never happened. Very unsatisfied...
