Iâve been coming to the McDonald's for over 25 years and Iâm not sure who this owner Mr.Cha is but this restaurant has failed us many times. We order a happy meal to go without a toy and sauce too many times to count. Or no juice. Probably should have expressed my unfortunate short comings several months ago. Im not one to complain and I know that things happen sometimes. After the way my situation was handled yesterday I felt the need to speak up!
I place a mobile order through the drive-thru. I got no sauce with my kids happy meal. The tiny fry wasnât even filled up! I call in to for the first to explain that I am missing sauce. Whomever answers listens and lets me know that there is nothing they can do. I request a supervisor. The phone call is dropped. I call back I get the same individual who pretends to have not just answered the phones I explain my situation and that this is more like the 10th time this happened this year. He puts down the phone and not even to mention that he would be getting a supervisor. I can hear In the background laughing. The phone was put down for 5 mins and no one returned. Someone hung up again! I call back I was sent to voicemail. I called back and get a Julian this time. He explains there are no managers on duty but he is the supervisor. He offers no type of help and does t care to address the other 10 times someone has dropped the ball. I request to have a supervisor give me a call the next day. He takes down my name and lets me know someone will call me tomorrow. Julian fails to take down my number lol. How can someone call me back if you have not decided to take down a callback. Smh. Itâs now 5pm and I still have yet to be contacted. Mr. Cha, you need new workers. I donât get greeted with a âhelloâ at the driver thru, the payment window or at the window where I pick up my food.    Read moreSo I decided to have McDonaldâs this afternoon as I do once a week as my little cheat meal. I pull up to the voice intercom and the lady asked me if I had a mobile order two times in a row the first time with no response just dead silence. And then after 2 cars cut in front of me she tells me âok pull for forwardâ. When I pull up to the cashier window the lady asks for a third time if I had a mobile order. At this point I questioned âis this lady ok?â then again she freezes for 5 mins and then turns and ASKS A FOURTH TIME. Do you have a mobile order? That time she actually acknowledged me and quickly pulled off to the next window before she forgot again. So when I finally get my meal they basically just throw it at me like some refugee dog. I asked for a large coke instead I got a diet I donât know if thatâs an insult towards my weight?? And I also got 4 cheeseburgers ONLY asked for cheese and bacon and got plenty more. They gave me the WHOLE variety of vegetables and what seemed like extra with loads of sauce. Disgusting, absolutely appalled by this customer service and food quality honestly felt personally attacked. I will most definitely be taking my cheat meals somewhere else before my planet...
   Read moreWe went through the drive thru when no one was in line, ordered 2 happy meals 1 hamburger, 1 with a 4 piece chicken nuggets. Paid cash was not given a receipt, they had me park where you pick up app order #3, About 12 more cars came through and we waited 10 minutes, I was annoyed when someone finally came out with a tray of orders. I thought since we were first they would have come to my car, no I called her and she said wait (exact words). Still I am waiting and she gives other orders to other cars. I get out of the car and she said oh you have 1 happy meal. I said no 2 and we have been waiting for a while. She then says wait and leaves I follow her because now I am upset. I get inside and she is saying to co-workers that I said I had 2 happy meals. The person who took my order in the drive thru said can I have your receipt, I told her she didn't give me one and I paid cash. She said how much was it I said 9 something, she walked away then gave me the second happy meal. I usually do not go to this McDonald's because they are a busy place. Since there was no one in the drive thru I thought it would have been easy to get in and out. They are disorganized at this restaurant I will not...
